HEALING THE LAND
2Chro 7:14 ( if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land).

The bible here talks of humbling ourselves, pray and seek God's face, turn from wicked ways. Once we do these, God will hear, forgive our sin and heal our land.

Humbling ourselves will entail each individual (Rich or poor) /tribe stop thinking they are better than others. There are Kikuyus/ Luos/ Luhyas/ Kambas/Kalenjins/ Somalis/ Rendiles etc who think they are better than others. We need to appreciate that we are all equal in the eyes of God.

Hold others in high esteem. The same God who has blessed me is perfectly capable of blessing someone else. This appreciation will make us respect other people. When you hate/despise/belittle someone, you are implying that God made then inferior.

Turning away from wickedness will mean abstaining from corruption, hatred, Mipangos and other things that are offending, (e.g. discrimination on account of tribe, race, and religion) in God's eyes.

Once we do these, the Lord will heal our land. We need this.
