Greetings

The year has been great to some and tough to many of us. While some of us have already achieved their annual goals, others are yet to even make a single step towards realizing the goals they set at the beginning of the year.

Many have made mistakes while some have had it smooth over this same period of time.

This period has been tough, some have lost thier loved ones, some have lost their source of income, some have lost hope in life, some have also experienced regression in their spiritual life.

God is presenting to us yet another chance to pose and rethink about our goals and specifically our spiritual connection with Him. God is presenting to us a time to restart, a time to reset, a time to refresh, a time to reflect and if possible, a time to have a complete shut down to allow Him take charge of our lives.

We are inviting you to unite with us next week for a session of prayers. Praying for one another, praying for ourselves, praying for our children, praying for our parents, praying for our spouses, praying for marriages, praying for our businesses, praying for our jobs, praying for our leaders and also taking steps towards bringing our synergy together to partner with Him in finishing His work.

Good morning…
Let's have our today's devotion...

*Romans 10:1*
*Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved.*

There is deep confidence for those who know Christ. A Savior is _'pleading in glory' right now on behalf of believers. A Father has given 'a living hope'_ and guards an inheritance in heaven that will never fade. White robes, _'washed in the blood of the Lamb,'_ are promised to all who trust Him. Salvation brings both assurance for today and glory for tomorrow.

Yet that assurance was never meant to stop with one person. Knowing Christ creates a burden for others. Love for Jesus naturally overflows into love for people who do not yet know Him. The heart that has been found cannot rest while others are still lost. So prayer rises — persistent, specific, hopeful — for family, friends, and neighbors to come to repentance and faith.

The pattern of grace is clear: found by Jesus, then called to speak and to pray. Mention a name before God today. Let the heart’s desire become prayer, and trust the Lord of salvation to do what only He can do.
Let us intercede for our friends and people around us, so that they can also experience Christ first hand.
By doing this, stars are added to our crowns.

We're praying,
Father, give us a burden for the lost that shapes our prayers. Hear us as we intercede for those who do not yet know You. Draw them to Christ, and let them share in the hope and inheritance You give, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

AS YEAR SUCCEED TO YEAR, THE LORD IS WORKING OUT HIS PURPOSE IN OUR LIVES. DAY BY DAY, HOUR BY HOUR, LET US SUBMIT TO HIM AND ALLOW HIS WILL REIGN IN US. AS WE BEGIN THIS NEW YEAR, MAY WE PURPOSE TO LET GO OF ALL THE SINS THAT BESETS US AND LET GOD TAKE CHARGE OF OUR LIVES.
