Last year's National CLC Meeting was filled with joy, fellowship, and beautiful memories. As we look back, we thank God for the gift of community and the moments we shared together.

Looking at these photos reminds us that CLC is more than a meeting. It is a community where we grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and support one another as we seek to live out God's call in our daily lives.

🌿 IGNATIAN MORNING REFLECTION 🌿

“Be still and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Sometimes we wake up already tired… thinking about responsibilities, unanswered prayers, deadlines, family struggles, or things we cannot control.

Yet before this day even begins, God is already here. 🤍

He is present:
✨ in the quiet of the morning,
✨ in the people we will meet today,
✨ in a kind message,
✨ in the strength to keep going,
✨ and even in the challenges that push us to trust Him more deeply.

In the Ignatian way, we are reminded to “find God in all things.”
Not only in church.
Not only in big miracles.
But also in ordinary moments we often overlook.

May we not move through this day too quickly without noticing that God walks with us in every step. 🌱

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, open my eyes and heart today. Help me to notice Your presence in the ordinary moments of life and give me the grace to walk through this day with peace, love, and gratitude. Amen.

✨ May your day be filled with grace, peace, and awareness of God’s presence.

The CLC groups from Kenyatta University and the University of Nairobi gathered together for a formative session focused on faith sharing, discernment, and growth in Christian life.

A grace-filled weekend in Kitale Area Formation.

The formation weekend held from 24th–26th April was truly a moment of growth, reflection, and renewal in faith under the theme: “Finding God in the Nightmares of Family Life.”

The formation brought together members for moments of sharing and discernment as they explored how God remains present even in the challenges faced within family life.

The sessions were marked by a deep spirit of engagement, with participants encouraged to take an active and reflective approach to Church life—embracing an Ignatian way of discernment rather than simply going with the flow.

The event also marked a joyful milestone with the commissioning of the new CLC youth group, Upendo – Kiminini.

As part of promoting self-reliance and supporting CLC formations, the region is also actively involved in sugarcane farming. During the event, the facilitators — including the President, the priest, the National Treasurer, and members of the Kitale Area Group Team — visited the farm, where Fr. Allan Ggita, SJ, blessed the project.

Six members made their permanent commitment to live the CLC way of life during the Meru Area Weekend Formation and were prayed for before the Church.

Meru Area Weekend Formation that came to an end yesterday — St. Francis of Assisi.

The weekend was filled with learning, fellowship, reflection, and spiritual growth.
