🔔 Feast of St. Pius X, Pope, Confessor, Patron Saint of the Priestly Society of Saint Pius X (FSSPX, SSPX).

Born Joseph Sarto in Venetia on June 2, 1835, Saint Piux X was elected Pope on August 4, 1903. He made it his mission to “restore all things in Christ” by defending Holy Mother Church against the errors of modernism.

In his encyclical “Pascendi Dominici Gregis”, he exposed and condemned the modernist heresy with force and clarity in 1907.

He died on August 20, 1914 and was canonized on May 29, 1954.

Our Five New Sisters today received a warm reception and official welcoming to the Holy Cross Priory by our very excited faithfuls.

The primary spirit of the Sisters of the Consoling Heart is to console the Divine Heart of Jesus through a life of prayer, reparation, and traditional religious observance.

We are extremely thankful to have them with us!

The Church resounds the “ASPERGES ME” the traditional rite of sprinkling the congregation with holy water before the principal Sunday Mass.

We are thankful to Divine Providence that allows our Church to be continually packed with faithfuls across Kenya and beyond.
