Imoli, a Christian singer with a passion to bring the truth in the almost corrupted music ministry in the current church, and also reach out to the underprivileged in society. We are still a growing non-profit, interdenominational, evangelical organization yet to be registered under the Societies Act of Kenya, but aiming to do so soon. "I feel thoroughly pained by the trend the music ministry is t
aking. A good number of men and women called and anointed by God to minister through music, more so in Kenya, have shifted their focus on fame and other factors, eventually failing to deliver as per God's standards. It's now a matter of gaining and maintaining one's fans, and thus applying what the fans want, and not what they need, in their music (style, lyrics, costumation and dance). In this way, with or without their knowledge, they've given the devil a chance to pe*****te into the church through self ambition and competition. Thus, God's people are blindly being led astray, ending up adoring the musicians rather that God, who never shares His glory with anyone or anything. Instead of organizing revival and praise and worship conferences and forums, many are filling halls for concerts and award parties/ceremonies, voting in their best artistes, who, instead of uniting to reach out, are competing against each other. I therefore bear the burden of raising a generation, beginning with myself, that will realize that we are called to be singing worshipers and not just singers, and go after touching God's heart, who'll then touch the people. A generation that is ready to serve God and men without conditions and limits, and let HIS will be done in their lives and their calling. At the same time, there are many people around us who are underprivileged in a way or another. It's not their choice to be what they are, if not who they are. They do need Jesus, and I'm strongly convinced that 1000 words about God's love are not enough to convict them. We need to humble down to their level and by God's grace deal with the present problem, offering physical help, which will demonstrate God's love and validate our preaching to them. After the conception of this burden I prayed and sought God to connect me to a people who are like-minded and willing to bear it with me. It's in September 2011 that God connected me to these dear and loving brothers and sisters (names listed below), with whom we are working to achieve this vision. And together we hope that by God's grace we'll be used of Him according to HIS will to be a blessing to many. We extend the invitation to anyone who embraces our vision and is willing to serve us. God bless you." Imoli, founder.
