DAY 3
THEME: BREAKING FORTH INTO YOUR FREEDOM

TOPIC: PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD

Key verse: Ephesians 6:10, 2 Corinthians 10:3-4

Points to note, part a
God is calling the church to be changed from having civilian mindest to adopt millitary mindset.
2 timothy 2:3-4

civilian mindset
A. The devil is taking advantage of people with civilian mindset to deny them the opportunity to enter into the greatness of God because they can easily give up.

√ They get involved in petty issues, sin and are not focused to the goal.

√They are double minded which means they can't receive anything from God.

Millitary mindset
A. People with military mindset are: self displined, obligated to please their master and are focused on the assignment*.

Points to note, part b
God is raising up a church that is filled with holy spirit and empowered with Divine weapons.
2 Cor 10:3-4

We don't fight with manifestation ( blood and flesh) but with demons who are well informed and their place is in the spiritual realms.

When we became strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, we shall be able to wage war in the spiritual realms and capture territories which are occupied illegally by the devil in Jesus name

Ephesians 6:1-11
Take on the full armor of God so that you can take stand against the devil schemes. Take:

√ salvation - Be sure you are born again

√ Righteous- being complete in all your ways.

√ faith -complete trust in God.

√ word -walk by his will.

√ Truth -be true.

√ Gumboots- Preach Jesus.

√ Shield - let God be your hidding place.

Child of God, engage yourself in a spiritual warfare according to 2 Cor 10:3-4. Bring down every stronghold that is denying you access to your blessing and bind any arguments that are not in line with the word of God in Jesus name.

Fight back any knowledge that tries to exalt itself against the the will of God in your life.

Final remarks
Receive the annointing to disarm all forces of darkness that are tormenting and occupying your health, finance, family, dreams, relationship and spiritual life, capture all your territories in Jesus name.

TOPIC: CONSECRATION

concecration from:

1. Abominable things in our lives.

Key verse: Joshua 7

points to note, part one
The word Abominable according to the dictonary means: very bad or terrible.

As believers, we need to consider things that God hates and finds abominable, therefore, we must resolutely examine our lives and deal with them.

Some of the seven things God considers abominable are:
Verse: (Proverbs 6:16-19)

1. Proud look -spirit that makes one to overestimate himself and understimate others.
(proverbs 6:17)

2. A lying tongue - This is fabrication of untruthful information.
(Proverbs 6:17)

3. Hands that shed innocent blood- This are are actions that can kill either physically or spiritually.
(proverbs 6:17)

4. A heart that manufactures wicked thoughts and plans- This is to plot evil against others.
(Proverbs 6:18)

5. Feet that are swift in running to evil - This is to rushing to commit sin such as: gossip, etc. (Proverbs 6:19)

6. A false witness who breathes out lies - This is fabrication of untruth information and testifying falsely against others even under oath.
(Proverbs 6:19)

7. A person who sows discord among brethren - This means causing conflicts among brethrens, this can be caused by things like gossip. (proverbs 6:19)

N/B:
When we do not do this things, victory is assured.

Points to note 2, part two
(1 corithians 10:7)
These are old testament examples of how the chidren of israel sinned in the widerness and even now God is not happy when we practice them. They are:

1. Worshing idols -This is anything in your life that you give the first priority or you exalt it more than God.

2. S*xual acts -This includes:

a)Adultery- s*x between a married person and someone who is not their wife or husband.

b).fornication- S*x between people who are not married.

3. Tempting God.
We should not tempt God, He knows us and our needs. We are not to threaten Him. e.g: backsliding because God did not bless you.

4. Complaining and murmuring. -This is having doubts in the promises of God.

Finall remarks
Dear brethren, let us the whole of this week, consecrate ourselves by refraining from the above Abominable things .

TOPIC: CONSECRATION:
JOEL : 2:12-14

Concecration from:

1.From every negative word uttered forth or ever spoken against your life or destiny.
( Numbers 13:31)

2. From vows we made before the lord and we did not fulfill. (Ecclesiastes 5:5)

Points to note
Consecration must be done before God releases His blessings upon His People. (Joshua 3:5)

During this period of prayer and fasting, read and study carefully the entire book of Joel. Though the people had gone through alot, they returned to God with all their heart, with fasting, mourning and weeping. God was merciful and compassion to them. The calamity which was sent to them was lifted.

Child of God, it does not matter what you are struggling with today, there's a way out, fight and break forth into your freedom. You maybe experiencing: diseases, relationship issues, curses(generational or from people), unemployment or family fight, God has already provided a solution for us through Jesus name.

Repent from what you've said negative against yourself and fullfill the vows and it be with you in this year of God's Glory.

THE REASON WHY WE NEED TO TRUST GOD IN THE STORM

1.GOD ALLOWS THE STORM

Immediately after this, Jesus insisted that His disciples get back into the boat and cross to the other side of the lake, while He sent the people home. Meanwhile, the disciples were in trouble far away from land, for a strong wind had risen, and they were fighting heavy waves.
Matthew 14:22‭, ‬24

God allowed the Disciples to be in the storm for His power to be seen.

Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.
James 1:2‭-‬4

2.WHEN WE FEEL WEAK, GOD IS STRONG

Note
When we feel weak He is always strong, At our lowest, He becomes our highest.

God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.

He declares the beginning to the end, Have faith and trust Him, Do not lean on your own understanding.

5.WE NEED NOT TO HAVE THE SPIRIT OF FEAR

Note
God does not give us a spirit of fear, He gives us power to stand in the storm.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.
