Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts." — Acts 2:46

Being rooted and built up in Christ means transferring every burden to the One who nourishes us. When He becomes your total sufficiency, you can thrive even in the midst of chaos. We capped off an incredible time in His presence by breaking bread together in unity and thankfulness!

2. Being Built Up in Christ (The Growth)

All-Sufficiency: Christ is not just an addition to life; He is your complete sufficiency and the primary source of your strength, and direction.

Established & Unshakable: As roots draw nourishment below, the structure above is built high, firm, and resilient against storms.

The foundation is laid in a way it should take care of any eventuality...👌

Key Scripture: Colossians 2:6–7

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."

1. Being Rooted in Christ (The Foundation)

Burden Transfer: Being rooted means transferring the weight of your life, cares, and burdens directly to Him. He becomes the source that anchors and nourishes you (Psalm 23).

Location Matters: Where you are planted determines how you endure. When planted by the riverside, you receive direct nourishment from Christ, allowing you to thrive even in chaos while others wither.

The Contrast (Jeremiah 17:5–8):

Those who trust in man are like shrubs in the desert—parched and fruit-less.

Those who trust in the Lord are like trees planted by the water—unafraid of heat or drought.

📌Getting your roots deep into Christ fundamentally changes your story.

Our Teens Sunday was truly one of a kind!

We had the absolute joy of being ministered to by two visiting Ministers, Evan & Noelle, who brought a powerful message from 2 Peter 1:3-8.

📌They reminded us that right before love comes brotherly affection and brotherly affection is lived out through discipleship.

📌Jesus is the ultimate discipler. To grow, we must learn both how to disciple others and how to be discipled ourselves.

📌When we seek God together in community, learn from the ultimate discipler (Jesus!), and anchor ourselves in His Word, our faith grows strong.

📌Anchored in truth. Rooting ourselves in God’s Word establishes us in the truth so we can fulfill the Great Commission (Matt 28:19).

📌Jesus, the Lion of Judah, has already conquered sin and death (Rev 5:5). Because of Him, we don't have to live in anxiety (Luke 12:22-34)—we can walk boldly in His light!

🎯You are a pure seed sown by the Seeder.
🎯You are a pure seed for the next generation.
🎯The seeder is faithful to take care of what He planted.
🎯In dry seasons, your faith anchors deep into God’s grace so you remain standing when storms blow. (Jer 17:7-8)

Theme: Leading Yourself Before Leading Others

As men of God, true leadership begins from within, extends to our homes, and manifests in how we manage our resources and assignments. Here are the strategic takeaways from today's powerful Men's Conference session:
📌A man after God's heart must excel in:Strategic Management: Planning, coordinating, and fostering teamwork.
📌True stewardship requires financial discipline. Wealth is built intentionally
📌To protect your future and your family, a strategic servant must aggressively guard against liabilities.
