Refrain from asking women 'kwani ulimfanyia nini ndio akupige ivi?'

It's one of the biggest reasons why women do not speak coz according to you all the battered or murdered women are 'crazy' and cant be beaten or killed 'bure.'

Asking 'Kwani ulifanya?' is like asking for an explanation to judge if the victim deserved the experience,shock or trauma.You may think it's coming from a good place but at that point the victim doesn't process it that way.

No action warrants someone's life taken away or threatened!

God, just as you have forgiven me unconditionally, you are asking me to forgive others. Please help me to do that. Feel me with humility and empathy, and help me see other people the way You see them. Show me how to love people the way You do. In Jesus' name, Amen.
