*The Brother You Forgot*

I am your brother, born of the same cry,
Yet in your fertile days, you pass me by.
Your harvest is golden, your table wide,
But my seat stays empty, my hunger denied.

You do not see me till the storms roll in,
Till shadows gather, till enemies grin.
They will not strike you first, my kin—
They’ll find your weakness where my name has been.

For family is the thread they pull to unmake you,
The soft place in your armor, torn and true.
I am the doorway left without a guard,
The price you’ll pay for leaving me scarred.

So mourn me now, not when the ruin is done.
Remember the blood we share under the sun.
If you rise, let me rise with you,
Or we’ll both be laid low— and it will be your doing too.

Aging arrives without an invitation,
A silent thief that steals the marrow’s fire.
We watch the sunrise bake the bone to brittle,
While silver frost climbs up the evening spire.
Day by day, the mortal frame is thinning,
Night by night, the steady shadows grow—
Yet, as the outward luster starts its fading,
The inner lamp begins its greatest glow.
We must be stewards of the fleeting moment,
And gold-miners of the memories we keep;
For every sun that climbs the morning mountain,
Must eventually descend into the deep.
Our story is a script in unique cipher,
A melody that ends when we depart—
A sacred ache, a space that stays forever,
For no one else can wear a Freeman's heart.
The tragedy is not that life is finite,
But that the mold is broken at the end.
No double can replace the soul’s reflection;
No second hand can ever quite transcend
The way you Loved, the way you Lived your message,
The way you stood against the coming night.

So cherish now, for when the book is closing,
The world will miss your unrepeatable light.

“Be angry, and do not sin…” — Epistle to the Ephesians 4:26
Anger is not evil. Uncontrolled anger is.
Anger reveals wounds. Grace heals them.
Before you react, Pause. Pray. Process.
The Holy Spirit does not shout — He guides.
Today, respond — don’t explode.

If you feel like years have slipped away and your dreams are still far off, remember that God is never late. He is still writing your story, and every season you’ve endured has been preparing you for what’s ahead. Your past does not define your future—His plans for you are full of hope and purpose. Hold on, trust His timing, and watch Him turn what feels lost into a testimony (Jeremiah 29:11 – ‘For I know the plans I have for you…plans to give you a hope and a future’

A man suffered a serious heart attack and had open heart bypass surgery. He awakened from the surgery to find himself in the care of nuns at a Catholic hospital.
As he was recovering, a nun asked him questions regarding how he was going to pay for services. He was asked if he had health insurance. He replied, in a raspy voice, 'No health insurance.'

The nun asked if he had money in the bank. He replied, 'No money in the bank.'

The nun asked, 'Do you have a relative who could help you?' He said, 'I only have a spinster sister, who is a nun.'

The nun got a little perturbed and announced loudly. 'Nuns are not spinsters! Nuns are married to God,' The patient replies, 'That's right! Send the bill to my brother-in-law.'

The boy listened closely as the rabbi read the Bible. 'May I ask a question?' he asked. 'Sure. Go ahead. Ask your question,' replied the rabbi. 'Well, the Bible says that the children of Israel crossed the Red Sea-the children of Israel built the temple-the children of Israel did this and the children of Israel did that. Didn't the grown-ups ever do anything?'

in lifting others, we find our own burdens lightened, our own faith renewed. Let us be beacons of hope, offering light and strength to those who are struggling, and together, we will weather any storm.

I left Catholic,
I thought they were not serious about salvation.
Now here at Pentecostals their hypocrisy is screamingly huge.

I left Catholic be ause I was told they wear religious robes and no holiness,

Now here at Pentecostals they wear all robes but no holiness.

I Left Catholics because I was told they worshipped idols,
Now here at Pentecostals, idols are carved in their heart and mind and can't stop worshipping them.

I left Catholics because I was told they smoked and were drunkards,

Now here at Pentecostals they drink and emit worldliness at alarming speed.
The problem was not Catholic but souls laden with sin and deception from the devil who is no respector of persons.
