Korogocho Youth Group Korogocho Youth Group is a self help group found in Korogocho Slum robbery, r**e, early pregnancy/early marriage, abuse of drugs and substances etc.

Korogocho is the second largest slum in Kenya and located in Nairobi County where all form of social evil is carried down mostly by the youths e.g. due to unemployment. Korogocho Youth Group was formed in the year 2011 and registered in 2012 under the District Social Development Office, by the youths whose aim was to change the community to be the better and safe place to live in. It was establish

ed to respond to the youth’s rights violation that was rife in the area and creating self-employment. It has evolved from such of youth emancipation to the fundamental transformation of Korogocho and Non-formal settlements in Kenya.
