TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Tuesday, October 25th 2022

*“Your approval means nothing to me.”* John 5:41, NLT.

TODAY'S WORD:
*Don’t Rely on People’s Approval.*

It’s great when people cheer us on and make us feel valuable. We love when a friend compliments us or a coworker helps us on a project. Yahweh uses people to help move us toward our destiny. But you can’t become so dependent on people that you’re trying to get your worth and value from them. It’s easy to rely on them to keep you feeling good about yourself and make you feel approved. But if they don’t give you their approval and meet your expectations, you’ll feel discouraged and inferior, and you’ll work overtime to try to win their approval. The problem is, you’re trying to get from people what only Yahweh can give. Your value, your self-worth doesn’t come from another person—it comes from your Creator.

Yeshua knew better than to rely on people. What they do or don’t do doesn’t determine your worth and cannot stop your purpose. Quit depending on others’ approval and start approving yourself.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_“Father, thank You for the people You’ve placed in my life to help me move to my destiny. Help me, though, not to become dependent upon their approval or try to get my value from them. I declare that I have Your approval and love, and that’s all I need. In Yeshua's Name, Amen.”_

Only Yahweh knows and approves your worth.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Thursday, September 22nd 2022

_"That day the Yahweh made Joshua a great leader in the eyes of all the Israelites, and for the rest of his life they revered him as much as they had revered Moses."_
Joshua 4:14, NLT

TODAY'S WORD:
*“That Day”*

As the Israelites were about to cross the Jordan River into the Promised Land, Yahweh told Joshua, "Today, I will begin to make you great in the eyes of all the Israelites." Yahweh was saying, "Joshua, this is your moment. I'm about to endorse you. People are going to see the greatness I've put in you. You've been in the background serving Moses, being faithful, but today you're coming into the foreground." Not long after that, Joshua led the Israelites into the Promised Land, and "that day" Yahweh established Joshua as their leader.

Yahweh has a "that day" for you, a time when He will cause you to stand out, where you will accomplish things you never dreamed you could accomplish. You will know it, and the people around you will see the greatness in you. You have talent, creativity, ability, courage, and strength, and it's going to come out in a greater way. Yahweh wants to shine His glory through you and make you an example of His goodness.

PRAYER 🙏 FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You for setting me apart as Your child to be favored, to bear Your endorsement, to be one of Your chosen ones. Thank You that You want to do great things in my life that will bring You glory. I believe that I have seeds of greatness that are coming out in greater ways. In Yeshua's Name, Amen."_

Yahweh's our life planner. “That Day” you'll surely see His greatness.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Tuesday, September 20th 2022

_"There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear..."_
1 John 4:18, NIV

TODAY'S WORD:
*Love Drives Out Fear.*

Scripture tells us that Yahweh is love. He is perfect, and His love is perfect. There is nothing you can do to make God love you more, and nothing you can do to make Him love you less. His love toward you is steadfast; it’s unchanging. His arms are always stretched out toward you, and He is always ready for you to come to Him.

Oftentimes, when people make a mistake or feel that they have disappointed God, they think He might be mad at them, but the Scripture tells us just the opposite. Yahweh’s not mad at you; He’s madly in love with you! It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or where you’ve come from, Yahweh’s arms are open to you. He’s longing to show you His goodness and grace. It’s His kindness that leads us to repent and change our ways.

Today, if there is anything in your life that is keeping you from receiving His amazing love, set those things aside. Let His love restore you and make you new. Come to Him with an open heart and receive His amazing love and enjoy the blessings He has in store for you!

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You for loving me perfectly. I want to know You more, and I want to know Your love. I receive it by faith today and ask that You show me Your ways and fill me with Your peace as I keep my heart and mind stayed on You in Yeshua's name. Amen."_

Set aside those that keep you from Yahweh's love and blessings.

_"Therefore Saul sent messengers to Jesse, and said, "Send me your son David, who is with the sheep."_
1 Samuel 16:19, NKJV

TODAY'S WORD:
*Anointed but Not Appointed*

After David was anointed to be the next king of Israel, he didn't go to the palace. He went back to caring for his father's sheep. He was anointed before he was appointed. Doing what seemed like a menial job, he kept being his best and proved to Yahweh his faithfulness. When King Saul needed someone to play soothing music for his bouts of depression, someone recommended David as an excellent musician. For David, who had been discounted, overlooked, and forgotten, promotion came calling his name. He was suddenly working in the palace for the king. He didn't make it happen; the king sent for him.

As with David, you have the anointing, the promise, the calling, but you won't go straight to the throne. How you respond when you're anointed but not appointed will determine whether you make it to the palace. You have to be your best right where you are. When you pass the test of being faithful in the small, get ready for opportunities that come looking for you.

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You that You have given me both an anointing and an appointing. Thank You that You are taking me through a preparation process to get me to my appointment. I believe that I will pass the faithfulness test of being my best and get to where You are taking me. In Yeshua's mighty Name, Amen."_

Anointing comes before appointment, Yahweh's plan.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Sunday, August 14th 2022

_"Then Yahweh said to Moses, “I will rain down bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day.”_
Exodus 16:4, NIV

TODAY'S WORD:
*A Fresh Supply*

When the Israelites were in the desert headed toward the Promised Land, Yahweh gave them manna to eat each morning. It was something like bread that formed on the ground and only lasted for one day before spoiling. Every morning you had to gather a fresh supply. Similarly, Yeshua taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread.” He didn’t say our weekly bread. Every day you need to go to Yahweh for your wisdom and direction. The word “manna” in Hebrew is translated, “What is it?” When we go to Yahweh daily for that fresh manna, the right attitude is, “Yahweh, what is it that You want me to do? What is the right path today?”

Are you getting your daily manna? Are you checking in to get your brand-new assignment each morning, asking Yahweh, “What is it?” It’s available. It has your name on it. Remember, you can’t live off yesterday’s manna. Take time each day to ask Yahweh to lead you down the right paths for your life.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_“Father, thank You that I can come to You for my daily wisdom and direction for my life. Thank You for the new assignments and fresh ideas You give. Show me the right path for my life, and replenish my supply of grace to overcome every challenge I face. In Yeshua's Name, Amen.”_

Wow! The daily bread 🥪🍞😋. Prayers.

Most problems in marriage began before marriage

But the daters were blinded by love. If you married an insecure and controlling person, the handwriting was on the wall when you first met them. If you married an immoral person, red flags were all over your face. The speed at which they slept with you said it all. But you chose to ignore the obvious.

If your partner is alcoholic, you saw the symptoms from a distance. Of course, people change. We can’t predict 100% accurately one’s future behavior. But to a large extent, we can tell a responsible person while we’re still dating. We can also fairly judge one’s personality type, interests and ambitions.

We can also tell whether someone is romantic or not. Whether someone is industrious or not. Whether someone is God fearing or not. Whether someone is civil, kind and supportive or not. Whether someone is narcist, bigotry and judgmental or not. Whether we can cope with them or not.

While problems evolve with time, the principles of team-work and living together peacefully stay put. Many problems in marriage are deeply rooted in ignoring the warning signs long before marriage. The same way people vote for corrupt leaders despite knowing the leaders are corrupt.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Thursday, June 30th 2022

_"And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns."_
Philippians 1:6, NLT

TODAY'S WORD:
*A Work in Progress*

Everyone has something they're dealing with. You are a work in progress. God has His own timetable. While He's changing you, you need to feel good about who you are, knowing that God will get you to where you're supposed to be. Most people say, "I would feel good about myself if I were more patient, less jealous, and hadn't blown that relationship." There will always be some reason why you won't feel good about who you are. The accuser will make sure to remind you of something you're not doing right, some way that you failed.

If you're going to live in victory, you have to put your foot down and say, "That's it. I'm done being against myself. I'm done focusing on my weaknesses. I know I'm a child of the Most High God. I am redeemed, restored, and forgiven. God is taking me from glory to glory, so I'm going to look away from all that distracts. I'm going to enjoy the glory I'm in right now."

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You for the good work You're doing in my life, and I know that You will keep developing and bringing it to full completion. Thank You that I am a work in progress as one of Your masterpiece creations. I declare that I am happy with who I am and who You're making me into. In Jesus' Name, Amen."_

He promised that He'll finish the work He started in us. Trust him.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Saturday, June 25th 2022

_"Then the LORD said to Joshua, "Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you."_
Joshua 5:9, NIV

TODAY'S WORD:
*Shame Be Gone*

In today's Scripture, a "reproach" means "shame, blame, disgrace." For over four hundred years the Israelites had been in Egyptian slavery. They were not just physically beaten down, but over time they allowed the emotional abuse to steal their sense of value. As they were about to enter the Promised Land, they couldn't go in with the sense of shame, feeling unworthy and not valuable. God had to roll away the reproach.

In the same way, you may be carrying a heavy load of guilt and shame due to past mistakes, failures, or even things that weren't your fault. Before you can reach your highest potential, you have to get rid of the shame. Whatever your Egypt is--a divorce, a bad habit, someone you hurt, someone who abused you--God is saying, "Today, I am rolling away the reproach, the shame, the guilt." When thoughts come saying, "Shame on you," answer right back, "Shame off me. I've been forgiven and restored. God doesn't remember it, so I'm not going to remember it."

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You that Your mercies are new every morning, and You roll back the reproach of guilt and shame over my past. Thank You that the moment I ask You to forgive me, You not only forgive but You forget it. I believe I am forgiven and declare shame off me. In Jesus' Name, Amen."_

We're worth in the 👁️ of God. No reproach

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Friday, Jun 24th 2022

_"Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act."_
Proverbs 3:27, NIV

TODAY'S WORD
*Be a Blessing*

Today's Scripture says that when you know you can be a blessing, when you have the resources to help a person in need, or when you can teach them the skills you've learned, don't put it off. You may think, "I can't help them. I have to focus on fixing my own problems." But when you make sacrifices to help other people's dreams come to pass, God will always help make your dream come to pass. As you bless others and show them favor, God is going to bless and favor you.

Don't live focused only on yourself--your problems, your sickness, your trouble at work. Go and be a blessing to someone in need. Sow a seed with your finances or a word of encouragement. Go visit your coworker who's in the hospital and pray for them. Call your friend and speak faith into their dreams. Take your elderly neighbor an evening meal. When you help solve their problems, you're setting a miracle in motion for yourself, and God is going to solve your problems.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

_"Father, thank You for what You've brought me through that I can now use to help others to solve their problems. Thank You that I have something to give, some blessing to impart, to help make their dreams come true. I believe You will also make my dreams come to pass. In Jesus' Name, Amen"_

The little that we do to a brother attacks God's blessings too.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Tuesday, June 21st 2022

_"His wife said to him, “Are you still maintaining your integrity? Curse God and die!”_
Job 2:9, NIV

TODAY'S WORD:
*Storms*

When Job and his wife went through a series of very painful losses, and then Job suffered a crushing illness, instead of encouraging Job, she said, "Job, you've always done the right thing, and see what you get. Just curse God and give up." Fortunately, even though he didn't understand why it had happened, Job knew better than to make judgments based on one season of his life. He declared that God's favor had been on his life, and that this storm was not permanent. By faith, Job weathered the great storm and eventually came out of it with double and lived a long, blessed life.

Every person has unfair, painful seasons. But you have to remind yourself that it's just a season. It's not the rest of your life. Don't make a judgment based on a betrayal or a setback that's temporary. Don't give up on your dreams, lose your passion, or live bitter. The storm may be difficult, but what God is about to do is going to supersede anything you've ever seen.

PRAYER 🙏 FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You that the unfair, painful seasons, when I don't understand why something is going wrong, are only for a season of my life. Thank You that the storms are temporary. I believe that Your favor will shine again, and You will supersede anything I've seen You do before. In Jesus' Name, Amen."_

Believing in God will keep the storms away in our lives.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
Saturday, June 11th 2022

_"When darkness overtakes him, light will come bursting in."_ Psalm 112:4, TLB

TODAY'S WORD:
*Light in the Darkness.*

Everyone goes through night seasons of difficulty or times when things just seem dark. During these challenging times, know that you are not alone. God has a plan to drive out the darkness—He will flood you with His light! Notice that in today’s verse it doesn’t say, “The light will come trickling in.” No, it says that the light will come bursting in! It’s going to happen suddenly, unexpectedly; you won’t see it coming. You woke up, and it was still dark. Nothing had changed, but suddenly you get the break you need, your health turns around, you meet the right person. The light comes bursting in.

If you’ve been going through a night season, get ready for the goodness of God in a new way. Know that His light is about to come bursting in! Get ready for breakthroughs. Get ready for promotion. Get ready for restoration. You may have had that problem for a long, long time, but today could be the day that it turns around. Suddenly, things can change! God wants His glory to be seen on you. He wants you to stand out in the crowd. He wants you to be so blessed that everyone around you can see His goodness on you! So keep standing, keep believing, keep hoping and keep declaring His Word because His light is going to come bursting in!

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_"Heavenly Father, thank You for Your light that drives out every trace of darkness! I choose to expect Your goodness. I choose to focus on Your faithfulness. I trust that You are working behind the scenes, and I expect that You will turn things around for my good in Jesus’ name. Amen."_

May God's blessings come bursting today.
