1). Anything of value is worth memory (Rememberance).
a). Christ wanted the sacrifice He made for us to be remembered by everyone all over the world.
b). (Joshua 4;5-7) -> God instructed through Joshua that the priests of Israel each should collect a stone in the middle of the the river for memory of how the Jordan river was divided and they crossed.
c). Most memories as Anniversaries and birthdays are normally eventually marked on a dinning table. (By food).
2). Each disciple was fairly apportioned the body of Christ which translates into apportioning of eternal life and the promise of resurrection (John 6;54).
->When taking the Holy Communion (bread)you are counted in the promise of resurrection and the reception of eternal life while if wrongly taken warrants the ripping off of the same.
->Eternal life is not supposed to be Intercepted by the enemy (Revelation 1;18) through sicknesses, accidents, violence, Witchcraft etc.
->The apportioning of the body of Christ translates into the harmonious view of the body of Christ on earth. (1 Corinthians 12;24-26)
3). The body of Christ was given for what purpose? (Isaiah 53;5);
->To be subjected to punishment through crushing & piercing so that we receive peace. In other words were it not fot the giving of His body the price of our peace was the punishment.
->To be whipped so that we are healed. This implies were it not for the giving of the body then the price of our overall health would be whipping.
•If we don't consider the health paid for by Christ we will end up experiencing healing through chastening
->To be hanged on the cross so as to set mankind free from the curses/penalties that come with sin. (Galatians 3;13). This means were it not for His hanging on the cross that would be the price to be freed from penalties of sin.
Therefore if we properly (1 Corinthians 11;29-30) partake the Holy communion we are supposed to participate in it's implied privileges.
4).The blood of Jesus Has the new covenant between God & man of the forgiveness of sins.
->It preserves us from death & destruction even those that come with sin. (Exodus 12;23).
->By taking of the blood of Jesus Christ; we are numbered as partakers of the new covenant & of eternal life and the promise of resurrection.
5). What should we remember Christ for during the Holy Communion?;
a). The love He Had for mankind to give His body as a sacrifice. Man should inturn offer TRUE WORSHIP through offering their bodies as living sacrifices Holy & acceptable to God (Romans 12;1).
How does man offer their bodies as living sacrifices Holy & acceptable to God?;
a). By not defiling the body (Mathew 15;19-20).
b). By avoiding to destroy the body (1 Corinthians 3;17) through;
->Not cutting/tattooing the body(Leviticus 19;28)
->Not drinking or abusing drugs and substances.(Proverbs 31;6).
->Disciplining your body through fasting (1 Corinthians 9;27 | Isaiah 58;3)
b). The salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ by avoiding willful sinning and backsliding so as not to make it redundant and useless. (Hebrews 10;26-27 | Hebrews 6;4-6)
