Yesterday marked the last Sunday of August, but what God has been teaching us this month goes far beyond a sermon series.

We started August talking about our careers, businesses, ambition and influence—but along the way, God began asking us deeper questions:

Who has our worship?
What are we building?
Whose way are we climbing the mountain?
Are we spiritually prepared for the giants that come with our calling?

Week after week, Pastor Sombo has brought us a powerful and timely Word, reminding us that God isn’t only interested in where we work or how successful we become. He cares about who we are becoming as we climb.

As we close out The Illicit Affair, Pastor Sombo has one final message for us.

We’ve seen it happening at Camp Fearless — the hunger, the worship, the surrender, the fire. And we believe God is not finished.

❤️ “Reflecting on a weekend filled with love.”

This past weekend, members of the Mavuno Lavington congregation came together and poured out their love into “Lavington Primary”. From every brushstroke to every helping hand, we showed that love is more than words — “love is action.” 🙌🏾

What a beautiful reminder of what happens when we come together to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
