What does football have to do with your walk with God? EVERYTHING!

Today was Jesse’s Sunday in church, and it was such an awesome time! 🙌❤️
But one thing that really stood out was how a simple discussion about footballers revealed powerful lessons for our Christian journey.

⚽️ FAITH — Every team steps onto the pitch believing they can win. As Christians, we must keep trusting God even when the answer is not yet visible.

⚽️ DISCIPLINE — Footballers are careful about their training, lifestyle and choices because one wrong decision can have serious consequences. We too must be disciplined in our walk with God.

⚽️ PRAYER — Before the game begins, they gather and pray. Prayer should not be our last resort; it should be part of our lifestyle.

⚽️ DILIGENCE — Talent is not enough. You must keep learning, training and improving.
As Pastor reminded us today:
“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings…” — Proverbs 22:29
🔥 Child of God, don't become comfortable with where you are. Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep praying.

Keep believing.
Your gift may open a door, but faithfulness, discipline and diligence will help you walk through it well.
