Introduction
Money is one of the most misunderstood subjects among believers. Some view it as evil, while others pursue it as the ultimate goal of life. Scripture teaches a balanced perspective: money is neither righteous nor evil in itself—it is a resource entrusted by Yahweh for the fulfillment of His purposes.
Throughout Scripture, Yahweh used financial resources to build, sustain, and advance His work among His people. Understanding money from a Kingdom perspective is essential for faithful stewardship and effective service.
This lesson begins a new series on Understanding Money by examining money as a Kingdom resource entrusted to believers.

2. Why does Yahweh give people the ability to create wealth?
Deuteronomy 8:18
Yahweh gives the power to acquire wealth so that His covenant purposes may be established in the earth.

4. What dangers should believers avoid concerning money?

The love of money can lead to greed, covetousness, and spiritual compromise.
Short Note: Money itself is not the root of evil; the love of money is.

Short Note: Kingdom-minded believers view money as a means of service rather than personal gain alone.
8. What attitude should believers have toward money?
Philippians 4:11–13; Hebrews 13:5
Believers should practice contentment, gratitude, generosity, and trust in Yahweh as their provider.
Short Note: Our confidence must be in Yahweh, not in wealth.

Recognize Yahweh as the source of all provision.
Manage finances responsibly and honestly.
Avoid greed and materialism.
Use resources to support Kingdom work.
Practice generosity toward those in need.
Develop a stewardship mindset rather than an ownership mindset.
Seek Yahweh's wisdom in financial decisions.
Conclusion
Money is a Kingdom resource entrusted to believers by Yahweh. It is not an end in itself but a tool for fulfilling divine purposes. When believers understand that they are stewards rather than owners, they can use financial resources wisely, faithfully, and effectively for Kingdom advancement.
Faithful stewardship begins with recognizing that everything belongs to Yahweh and that every resource entrusted to us carries Kingdom responsibility.
Final Exhortation
"Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful." — 1 Corinthians 4:2 (KJV)
Let us be faithful stewards of every resource Yahweh places in our hands, using them for His glory and the advancement of His Kingdom.
