THE ASSOCIATION OF CHURCH LEAVERS
(The Nomadic Members’ Fellowship International 🤦♂️)
There is an “association” in the body of Christ that nobody registers for, yet so many people are active members:
The Association of Church Leavers.
These are the ones who move from church to church like spiritual tourists.
They love the benefits of a church, but not the responsibilities.
They enjoy the platform, but avoid submission.
They receive covering, but reject correction.
They don’t just leave quietly; they recruit.
When they are offended, whether genuinely or by misunderstanding, they suddenly become evangelists of bitterness:
“Are you still going to that church?”
“Have you not seen what those people are doing?”
“My eyes have opened; let me also open yours.”
They will gather a small crowd of the unstable, the easily offended, and the discontented… and form a mini-campaign against the very church that prayed, fasted, supported, and stood with them.
Suddenly, the pastor who labored over them becomes “fake.”
The church that supported them becomes “wicked.”
The people who loved them become “blind.”
Their testimonies turn to accusations.
Their gratitude turns to rebellion.
Their memory becomes selective—they forget the good and amplify the bad.
The same church that:
Dedicated their children
Visited them when they were sick
Supported them in hard seasons
Stood with them in prayer
Believed in them when everyone else gave up…
…becomes the same church they now fight with passion.
Most church leavers are not driven by revelation; they are driven by offense.
They don't leave because God said,
They leave because their ego was touched,
or their entitlement was challenged,
or their personal agenda was exposed.
And when their manipulation stops working, they quickly carry their bags, their bitterness, and their gossip…
…and off they go to the next church until the cycle repeats.
YOU CANNOT GROW WHERE YOU ARE NOT ROOTED........
