Description

The Global Bible Church is an assembly of believers who have collectively accepted the mandate of the Lord Jesus to make a difference in the World by preaching and teaching Gods word to help people find their purpose in life, locating their destiny and becoming a people of distinction. In a culture where so many options, so many pathways, so many worldviews and so many lifestyles compete for market share, the church is losing its voice – losing the ability to communicate hope, forgiveness and the purpose to the untold millions who are seeking it every day. As a kingdom-minded church, we want to touch and impact people’s lives through God’s love. Our vision is to fulfill His plan for mankind and His mandate to us is thus anchored on 3 pillars:

1. Raising believers and releasing them into their prophetic destiny;
3. and giving them an opportunity to serve God as per their giftings

Finally, whenever you are in Nairobi, we invite you to visit us at Global Bible Church. We are sure that the GBC Experience will be a blessing to you.

Alignment with God ( Genesis 12:1-4, 13:5-6 )
> Alignment is being properly positioned, to walk in obedience to the instructions of God for your life.
> When you are in alignment with God, He gives you more than what is enough for me so that others may be blessed through you.
> Your dis-alignment does not only just cost you, but also your seed and the generations to come.
> Alignment is never an easy task, it requires that we depart from certain people, things and practices, we must choose either God or Gold. Proper alignment is a product of sacrifice.
- Abram had to depart from his Country, Family and Father's house, a difficult task but he chose to obey God and be led by Him to the land of promise.

Aligning With God ( Luke 9:23-25 )
> Christ set a template for all who desire to be His disciples. You must be ready to willingly forsake all and follow Him.
> Everything we do for Christ and through Christ is gain for us. It may seem as though we are losing, but in reality, we are gaining much at the end of it all.
> When we give our lives to Christ, He takes away our old nature and gives us a new one. The old is gone, and the new is come [ 2Cor 5:17 ]
> We live in the consciousness that we were crucified with Chris and raised together with Him, the life we live we live by Faith in the son Of God.
> By this we need to be in alignment with God, living according to His Will and His commands. Watching in Prayer and waiting on Him in the place of prayer.
> Many of us know how to pray but very few know how to wait on God and hear His Voice.
> Our safety in Life is in our ability to hear God and live in alignment with Him.

CONSISTENCY IN SERVING GOD ( Ephesians 6:7-8, Colossians 3:23-24, 1Samuel 12:24, Romans 12:7-10 ) NIV

> We use our Time, Energy, Gifts, Talents and Resources. Your area of Assignment determines your instruments or tools of Assignment.
> Your position should not affect your service to God.
> Service begins with the State of the Heart, if it is not wholehearted it is not acceptable to God.
> What you do and where you do it is not as important as how and to whom you are doing it for or to.
> God dwells in the place of Service, He is attracted to goodwill Service.
> When you serve someone perfectly and in Excellence, you will always have the heart of your master.
> Your Jerusalem is your place of Assignment, therefore, you must stay and not depart until the promise arrives.
> God has Rewards for all who serve Him. His Rewards are not like the Rewards of men.
> Our service to God should be in remembrance of how great He has dealt with us.
> The best service is when no one is watching, a matter between you and God your master.

PRAY ANYWAY [ Luke 18:1-7, Mark 11:24, Acts 6:4 ]
> Don't let your state or circumstance hinder you from going to God in Prayer. In the belly of the fish Jonah cried unto God, yet in prison at midnight, Paul and Silas were praying and Praising God.
> Prayer is until you receive the answer. It is to be consistent and continual without ceasing.
> Everything demands Prayer and so we pray for everything as far as we are alive.
> It is only by Prayer that we involve God in our lives. Our lives entirely depends on God.
> The are victories that only God can grant. Only GOD makes men grant us the justice we cry for.
> Until the hearts of men are dealt with, their hands can not move in your favour.
> If God does not move the men to work for you, He will move you to work for men.
> Avoiding Prayer is avoiding God and allowing the enemy influence your life.
> If God can personalise you, don't Generalise Him.
> Faith plays a Key role in prayer, and lack of faith in prayer makes prayer a religious ritual.
> The balance in Prayer is in acting upon and after prayer. Prayer is not a substitute for work.
> Prayer Must be objective. Does your prayer carry content within it?

BLEEDING BUT SERVING

Luke 18:31-34 , 2Corinthians 12:9-10
> Bleeding is normal, not a strange thing. It is through Bleeding that Life is given.
> It is through the Bleeding of Christ in the cross that birthed our salvation.
> Jesus knew all the things written in the Book that were to happen to Him yet He did not quit His assignment. He predicted it and still followed the blueprint of His Destiny for our sake.
> Don't let your bleeding stop your dreaming. Your Victory has many people connected to it. The reward comes only to those who endure till the end.
> Most things we go through are part of what shapes us, building Capacity to fulfill The Mandate of God upon our lives.
> James encourages us to count it all joy when we go through fiery trials since they are doing a work for us that in the end we may not lack any good thing.

God's Time is The Best ( Habakkuk 2:3, Ecclesiastes 3:1 )
> What seems like a delay is actually a preparation from God. Don't quit too soon, the outcome is worth the process.
> The process may be painful but the results are glorious.
> How and what you speak to yourself in tough times, times of preparation may prolong or draw near your time of fulfillment.
> Everyone has his own scheduled time to flourish, different seeds planted at the same time same ground bear fruits at different times.
> Be inspired by other people's success but don't be intimidated by them. Your peace begins when you don't compare yourself with others.
> The Energy you're using to compare yourself, use it to better yourself. Comparison diminishes progress.
> When you rush the blessings, they will turn to being a burden. In your waiting, maintain your Faith and Alignment with God.
> Your company and associations determine how God responds to your visions and requests.
> In the season of preparation, deepen your relationship with God even as you build your character

Encounter with God < Luke 1:5-10, Exodus 3:1-12 , Genesis 32:22-28, Luke 19:1-10 >
> There are action steps to encountering God. One of the steps is your day to day routine.
> God meets men in their routines. If you miss on your routines you miss on God.
> Consistency is the build Up to encountering God.
> Zechariah went to the Temple normally like any other day to offer sacrifices and burn incense, but God had a plan to Bless him with a Child.
> God can meet a man anywhere at anytime He pleases. One encounter with God can shift a man's life eternally.
> We also encounter God by Prayer which is guided by Sacrifice, hunger and intentionality.
> Sacrifice draws the Attention of God to men of Sacrifice and meets their needs.

Benefits of Encounters
1. Renews Hope.
2. Creates Courage and boldness to face fears.
3. Delivers one from bo***ge.
