International Christian Youth works (ICY) is a fellowship of individual youth workers and youth organizations around the globe working together to train, network and resource youths for leadership mentoring. ICY was founded by Colin, who is now the patron, while David Isgrove oversees the program currently. ICY has partnered with the Springdale College in the UK to ensure God fearing leaders are r

aised and mentored. Our main partner works are based in the UK, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Nashville TN, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Gabon, Angola, Congo Brazzaville, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique. ICY specializes in training youths in biblical leadership, life skills, sexuality and ethics, personal development, career development, Social enterprises and entrepreneurial skills, community service and development, peace and conflict resolutions, public speaking and as well empowering and mentoring them to be engaged young leaders that would bring the much needed change in their lives and communities. Because of the inherent values in our courses and the participatory and practical approach of value transfer, we believe that this leadership and mentoring program is timely for the youths in your community and institution. It is against such backdrop that we would request for partnership with your organization, group or institution for a one year mentoring program which leads to a diploma in missional leadership in collaboration with the Springdale College in Birmingham UK.

After three powerful days of training led by Pastor John Achier alongside incredible women and ministry leaders, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. The Lord is doing a mighty work right here in South Sudan, stirring hearts, building capacity, and pouring out His Spirit in ways we will never forget.

"The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy." — Psalm 126:3

This gathering aligns directly with our mission to empower communities through Christ-centered leadership and directly addresses our Discipleship & Leadership Development pillar. By equipping women with biblical truth and practical ministry tools under the guidance of servant leaders like Pastor John Achier, we are advancing our vision to see transformed lives, restored families, and a flourishing Church across South Sudan.

God is on the move, and this is only the beginning!

Glory to God! Our West Africa Coordinator, James, recently visited Sinfra, Côte d'Ivoire. We reached 110 children in Barata village with God’s Word and treats, aligning with our Youth to Youth pillar, which ensures every youth everywhere hears the gospel from a friend.

We also engaged local pastoral council and youth leaders on ICY Africa's 4 Pillars and the vital ICY-LADA training to equip young people to disciple others.

Based on 1 Timothy 4:12, our ICY Africa Junior Leaders in Kampala are proving that age is not a barrier to spiritual influence. Through the Youth to Youth pillar, they are learning to set a high standard in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity. This isn't just about leadership; it's about spiritual maturity and being a beacon of light in their generation. Their commitment to godly values is transforming their hearts and, consequently, their communities.

ICY LADA Côte d'Ivoire is raising up the next generation of spiritual leaders! Through interactive Bible study and mentorship, young people are becoming 'reliable people' who will, in turn, teach others. Transforming the next generation starts from within! 🌍✨ ICY Uganda had a powerful time with the incredible students at Kazo Junior School, diving deep into our Leadership Development pillar through a beautiful session of fellowship and prayer. By empowering one of their teachers to join our Global Coaches Classes every Thursday, we are equipping mentors to guide these young learners. As the word reminds us:

Through our Youth to Youth pillar, we took the Gospel advancing outreach mission straight to the hearts of students. Living out the Prayer-Care-Share lifestyle, we had incredible conversations, shared love, and anchored hope.
