International Christian Youth works (ICY) is a fellowship of individual youth workers and youth organizations around the globe working together to train, network and resource youths for leadership mentoring. ICY was founded by Colin, who is now the patron, while David Isgrove oversees the program currently. ICY has partnered with the Springdale College in the UK to ensure God fearing leaders are r

aised and mentored. Our main partner works are based in the UK, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Nashville TN, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Gabon, Angola, Congo Brazzaville, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique. ICY specializes in training youths in biblical leadership, life skills, sexuality and ethics, personal development, career development, Social enterprises and entrepreneurial skills, community service and development, peace and conflict resolutions, public speaking and as well empowering and mentoring them to be engaged young leaders that would bring the much needed change in their lives and communities. Because of the inherent values in our courses and the participatory and practical approach of value transfer, we believe that this leadership and mentoring program is timely for the youths in your community and institution. It is against such backdrop that we would request for partnership with your organization, group or institution for a one year mentoring program which leads to a diploma in missional leadership in collaboration with the Springdale College in Birmingham UK.

Sharing your faith isn't a performance—it's a lifestyle of prayer, care, and sharing. We pray for our friends by name, we care for them through real actions, and we share the Gospel out loud with words.

We’ve spent years trying to make faith look entertaining enough to draw a crowd. But entertainment doesn't save souls.

The next generation isn't looking for a production; they are looking for truth. There are teenagers in your school, your neighborhood, and your friend group who are carrying silent burdens, completely unaware that Jesus offers rest. God didn’t plant you in their lives by accident. You are the missionary to your circle.

We are overjoyed to celebrate the graduation of 58 incredible students from the Diploma in Missional Leadership Program at Asuansi Technical Institute, in partnership with Every Youth Foundation (EYF)!

From former gang-affiliated teens becoming community pillars to young women rising as influential student leaders, we are witnessing the raw power of intentional discipleship and Critical Participatory Pedagogy (CPP).

ICY Africa has organically grown into a backbone network, equipping local movements with applied theology and scalable models for youth transformation across the continent.
