International Christian Youth works (ICY) is a fellowship of individual youth workers and youth organizations around the globe working together to train, network and resource youths for leadership mentoring. ICY was founded by Colin, who is now the patron, while David Isgrove oversees the program currently. ICY has partnered with the Springdale College in the UK to ensure God fearing leaders are r
aised and mentored. Our main partner works are based in the UK, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Nashville TN, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Gabon, Angola, Congo Brazzaville, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique. ICY specializes in training youths in biblical leadership, life skills, sexuality and ethics, personal development, career development, Social enterprises and entrepreneurial skills, community service and development, peace and conflict resolutions, public speaking and as well empowering and mentoring them to be engaged young leaders that would bring the much needed change in their lives and communities. Because of the inherent values in our courses and the participatory and practical approach of value transfer, we believe that this leadership and mentoring program is timely for the youths in your community and institution. It is against such backdrop that we would request for partnership with your organization, group or institution for a one year mentoring program which leads to a diploma in missional leadership in collaboration with the Springdale College in Birmingham UK.
