On Thursday Morning Worshipers at All Nations Gospel Church -Donholm were coming to terms with the aftermath of a late night inferno that reduced what was an ultra-modern five thousand capacity seater worship sanctuary, to ashes and rubbles! Even the concerted efforts of Nairobi Fire Brigade could not salvage the house of worship from the fierce fire that was determined to accomplish its course
Everything was lost under the flames: from the seats to the entire Public Address system, the music instruments, even the glass pulpit that was a platform for moving sermons that touched thousands of lives was not spared either. Though the cause of the fire was not immediately established, we were convinced beyond doubt that this was the work of the devil as is entailed in his job description (Steal, Kill and destroy). The Church’s Leadership under our Bishop Dr. Mophat Joseph Kilioba has initiated a fund drive towards the reconstruction of the church dubbed “ BUILDING BLOCKS FOR JESUS CHRIST” .
