As a Christian church, Seventh-Day Adventists are a faith community rooted in the beliefs described by the Holy Scriptures. In the long-run the Church in Lavington envisages an all inclusive evangelistic centre preparing people for eternity. Its mission in the current programming is to preserve and proclaim the advent message of Jesus Christ, bringing hope to our immediate neighbourhood through participatory and holistic community development including preaching, teaching and treating.
