When we say “Pray for Ruto,” we are not campaigning for a man — we are contending for a nation.
Intercession is not partisanship. It is partnership with Heaven for the destiny of Kenya.

The Bible commands us:

> “Pray for kings and for all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” — 1 Timothy 2:1–2

This is about spiritual governance — standing in the gap for the one who sits at the gates of national decision.

One of the major things you will have to wake up to as you build is the reality of opposition to anything worthwhile and that you are on a battlefield.

Nehemiah 4:15-17
"15 And it came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all of us to the wall, every one unto his work.

16 And it came to pass from that time forth, that the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both the spears, the shields, and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers were behind all the house of Judah.

17 They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon"

Arrows will be fired at you.

Not only must he develop your skill in what you do, but in addition, you must learn the art of spiritual warfare, or you will be stopped in your tracks.

Nehemiah learnt this by experience that it grieved some people to know that someone built to help others and they purposed to stop them.

You are dealing with very brutal evil forces that will only be subdued through engagement. To think as a Christian, you are exempt from this battle is to misunderstand your faith.

You have to be psychologically ready to fight, and then you must ask God to teach your hands to war. Learn how to use your spiritual weapons that are mighty through God.

Spiritual warfare is real and tangible.

PASSION

SCRIPTURE:
To whom also he shewed himself alive after his PASSION by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: (Acts 1:3 KJV)
INSIGHTS:
Jesus went through a horrific torture, was betrayed, died a humiliating death on the cross between 2 thieves and was buried only to rise the 3rd day to continue with what HE WAS PASSIONATE ABOUT for 40 days.

Passion is that zeal, that force or fervently that causes a man or woman to keep going regardless of the odds against them.

Passion is the fuel for your purpose.
Passion is the fire for for your potential.
Passion is the force for your pursuit.

Before the devil can kill a man, he must first of all kill his dream, drive or determination. If he can kill your passion, he can kill your vison.

The future is only possible to the passionate. Don't let anything stop you. TAKE YOUR FIRE BACK!

Father, as I step out today, i decree and declare that my passion, zeal & fire is rekindle, reignited & reawakened. I am passionate about life, passionate about my purpose & passionate about your calling for my life in Jesus name...AMEN!
