_*NO STORM IS TOO STRONG*_

As I was doing my morning prayers, the Lord directed me to the Gospel of Mark Chapters 4 & 5. And this is what I have learnt

*Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.*

(Mark 4:39, NKJV)

In Mark 5, Jesus cast an impure spirit out of a deranged man who had been living among the tombs and cutting himself with stones.

People had given up on this deranged. He was beyond their helping power. They could not control him.

But the Bible is saying, God had not given up on him.

God healed him.

The Bible continues to say that, "afterwards, the people saw the man sitting, fully clothed and in his right mind.”

What’s interesting is that on the previous night when Jesus was on the boat and headed toward the side this derange man was, there was a huge storm in the sea

That storm wasn’t just a random act of nature. It was the enemy who was trying to stop Jesus from reaching this man. The enemy tried to send a strong wind and a very strong storm.

However, this deranged man still had greatness in him, and Jesus was determined to restore him. God wanted him restored. God loved him.

My beloved of the Lord, I want to encourage you, that the storms the enemy sends to stop your future can’t withstand God’s love for you and His rebuke “Peace, be still!”

The storm around you may be darker than ever, but there’s no storm so strong that He can’t calm. God is fighting for you.

God is pushing through forces of darkness as He come to restore you. He is calming the storms that are in His way towards you. He is crossing seas and lakes just to get to you. He is purposed in His heart that you will fulfill your destiny.
