Hello brethren 🙏✨
It was indeed a blessed Sabbath at Lwala-Kameji SDA Church as we celebrated Possibility Sabbath 🌿🙌. We had the joy of hosting visitors from Mawego—the Fellowship Gospel Ministers 🎶🤝. We were greatly blessed through uplifting songs of praise, and the Sabbath was filled with joy and happiness 😊💒
The sermon, based on Matthew 9:27 📖, was delivered by Evangelist Maxwell Otieno from Mbita. He encouraged us as Christians to always “play right” in our Christian journey ⚖️✝️, reminding us that when the game of life is over, we shall all reach heaven 🌟 and each one will be rewarded according to their deeds 🕊️
May we continue to walk faithfully 🚶‍♂️✨, live righteously 🙏, and finish the race strong 🏁—so that on that glorious day 🌅, we may receive the crown of life 👑 prepared for us.

AY Induction Sabbath – Lwala-Kameji SDA Church
Today at Lwala–Kameji Seventh-day Adventist Church, we were privileged to witness a meaningful and well-organized induction ceremony for all candidates in the Adventist Youth (AY) Department.
The service marked an important spiritual milestone as young people committed themselves to serve faithfully in the ministry. It was indeed a blessed Sabbath filled with dedication, reflection, and renewed commitment to God’s work.
As a church, we celebrate these young leaders and encourage them to uphold strong Christian values, demonstrate integrity, and serve with humility and purpose. May this induction be the beginning of impactful leadership, spiritual growth, and positive influence within the church and the wider community.
We congratulate all inducted members and pray that God guides and strengthens them in their service.

What a blessed Sabbath it was indeed! 🙏🌿

Our hearts are filled with gratitude as we reflect on a truly inspiring and fulfilling Sabbath. God’s presence was evident in every moment—from fellowship and worship to learning and unity. The camp close-down was a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness and guidance throughout our time together.

We thank God for the active participation, discipline, and teamwork of the Lwala–Kameji Pathfinder Club, as well as the dedication of our leaders and supporters. May the lessons learned continue to shape our lives, strengthen our faith, and draw us closer to Christ.

To God be all the glory and honor. Happy Blessed Sabbath! ✨🙏

Glory and honour be to the Almighty Lord 🙏✨
We give thanks to God for His grace and protection throughout the Sare Station Pathfinder Camporee. The Lwala-Kameji Pathfinder Club was present in full attendance, showing great commitment, energy, and outstanding participation.

It was truly uplifting to witness our young Pathfinders demonstrating discipline, teamwork, spiritual growth, and a joyful spirit of service. Their active involvement in the various activities, drills, devotions, and learning sessions reflects the strong foundation they are building in Christ.

May the good Lord continue to bless these young souls abundantly — guiding their steps, strengthening their faith, and empowering them as they work tirelessly and wholeheartedly to make the camporee lively, impactful, and memorable among their fellow clubs. 🌟🙏

We celebrate their dedication and pray that God may keep nurturing them to become shining lights in the church and the community.

CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP.
Ability
Cool Heads and Sound Sense—At this time God’s cause is in need of men and women who possess rare qualifications and good administrative powers; men and women who will make patient, thorough investigation of the needs of the work in various fields; those who have a large capacity for work; those who possess warm, kind hearts, cool heads, sound sense, and unbiased judgment; those who are sanctified by the Spirit of God, and can fearlessly say, No, or Yea and amen to propositions; those who have strong convictions, clear understanding, and pure, sympathetic hearts; those who practice the words, “All ye are brethren; those who strive to uplift and restore fallen humanity.”—Testimonies for the Church 7:249. ChL 18.1
Intelligence and Ability—The man at the head of any work in God’s cause is to be a man of intelligence, a man capable of managing large interests successfully, a man of even temper, Christlike forbearance, and perfect self-control. He only whose heart is transformed by the grace of Christ can be a proper leader.—Medical Ministry, 164, 165. ChL 18.2
Solid Ability Called For—Those who are entrusted with the management of the more important districts should have solid ability. They should be men who are able to carry responsibilities. It would be wisdom for several men to take this work. One man should not be left to oversee the important but neglected fields. With the testimonies before them, our ministers have passed by on the other side, to seek more favorable places, where churches have been raised up. Slothful work has been done.—Manuscript 34, 1901, p. 3 (April 20, 1901, “Our Aged Workers”). ChL 18.3

Chapter 7—True Love or Infatuation
Love Is a Precious Gift From Jesus—Love is a precious gift, which we receive from Jesus. Pure and holy affection is not a feeling, but a principle. Those who are actuated by true love are neither unreasonable nor blind.1 AH 50.1
There is but little real, genuine, devoted, pure love. This precious article is very rare. Passion is termed love.2 AH 50.2
True love is a high and holy principle, altogether different in character from that love which is awakened by impulse, and which suddenly dies when severely tested.3 AH 50.3
Love is a plant of heavenly growth, and it must be fostered and nourished. Affectionate hearts, truthful, loving words, will make happy families and exert an elevating influence upon all who come within the sphere of their influence.4 AH 50.4
True Love Versus Passion—Love ... is not unreasonable; it is not blind. It is pure and holy. But the passion of the natural heart is another thing altogether. While pure love will take God into all its plans, and will be in perfect harmony with the Spirit of God, passion will be headstrong, rash, unreasonable, defiant of all restraint, and will make the object of its choice an idol. In all the deportment of one who possesses true love, the grace of God will be shown. Modesty, simplicity, sincerity, morality, and religion will characterize every step toward an alliance in marriage. Those who are thus controlled will not be absorbed in each other’s society, at a loss of interest in the prayer meeting and the religious service. Their fervor for the truth will not die on account of the neglect of the opportunities and privileges that God has graciously given to them.5 AH 50.5
