All people will need emotional healing at some point during their lives. We all experience challenges and difficult emotions that need processing.
The loss of a loved one, friendships, long illness, sexual abuse, betrayal, rejection, and divorce. And the list is long. Most people don't know what to do when they go through the painful seasons of their life. Being aware of the wounds we need to heal from, makes healing journey easier.
Our stories are unique and important when we embrace them with grace and truth. What is traumatic to me may not be traumatic to another, but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt.
Truth is—emotional healing is not an easy process, but it can be incredibly rewarding for you, and help you find clarity and purpose in life beyond whatever it is you are healing from.
Questions to ask yourself before starting a Healing Journey
