The Six "S" of a successful -Lasting ministry.
Opening statements- Noise is not impact & sweat is not success.
Thunder can be loud ,but rain is what changes the ground.
*'S'*
Systems.
Structure.
Strategy.
Spirit.
Synergy.
Skills.
Without systems anointing turns into frustration.
Power without process equals burnout.
Heaven doesn't bless chaos ,it blesses order.
Spiritual gifts still need spiritual architecture.
Build something that can survive your absence.
Prayer is powerful,but prayer is not a substitute for planning.
Many ministries are loud ,but stationary.
You can't replace the Holy Spirit with intelligence, experience or PowerPoint.
Oil must never be replaced with logic.
Two can't walk together unless they agree.
Great ministries don't just have stars ,they have teams.
No matter how anointed you're, you're not Omnipresent,Even Jesus had an inner circle.
Anointing is not an excuse for mediocrity.
David was anointed & skillful.
Some ministers need less"tongues" & more training.
The anointing opens doors ,skill.keeps them open .
NB// Before you shout " I receive the Grace for the ministry!"Also shout "I receive sense for ministry!
Because grace without sense is waste.
And anointed confusion is still confusion

𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻…

It is a call to go deeper.

Some people seek God until they are blessed,
then slowly drift when life becomes comfortable.

But real blessing should not weaken your devotion.
It should strengthen your commitment.
It should push you closer, not pull you away.

For Luke 12:48 says, For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required.

“When God blesses you serve Him even more.”

Do not let comfort replace consecration.
