On Saturday, July 4, 2026, NYM Presiding Clerk (PC) Ben Simiyu joined family, friends, and church members at Buyofu Village in Kiminini, Trans Nzoia County, to bid farewell to the late Pastor Pamela Nafula Ngoya. During the service, the Clerk and other mourners paid tribute to her life and legacy while addressing key spiritual and social issues affecting the community.
* The Clerk eulogized the late Pastor Pamela as a strong missionary who had fulfilled the Great Commission by spreading the gospel of Christ everywhere.
* He urged God’s servants to emulate the late Pastor Pamela by ministering everywhere instead of insisting on staying in their comfort zones.
* He encouraged Quakers not to dwell so much on boundary issues and to instead spread their wings all over.
* He encouraged the young people to adopt positive economic activities rather than engaging in petty crime.
* The Clerk condemned politicians for misusing the youth through the goon culture.
* He pleaded with Christians to be the true salt and light of the world.
* The Clerk requested the church to pray for food security and the 2027 general elections in Kenya.
