JUDAS ISCARIOT DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL
You know, there are not many people that know Judas Iscariot had a deliverance ministry. Well, lets go to the book of Mark 3:14 -15. The Bible states
Mark 3:14-15 New International Version.
He appointed twelve that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach 15 and to have authority to drive out demons.
Now we know that the 12 were his disciples. So the disciples were given AUTHORITY by Jesus to drive out demons. All 12 of them. The Bible does not say that some were given Authority and some were not given authority.., the whole 12, were given authority by Jesus to cast out demons. Imagine how many people today are looking for “deliverance powers”.., they run around the whole country looking for impartation, so that they can be able to cast out demons, well, not disciples, they had full authority given to them by Jesus. Let us see them use this gift.
Let us go to Luke 10, the only text in the Bible that records this phenomenal event.
Luke 10, the Bible says
10 After this the Lord appointed seventy-two[a] others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. 2 He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.
The Bible does not record the names of the 72 which Jesus sent 2 by 2, but other recorded manuscripts and early church writings show that the 12 disciples of Jesus were part of the 72 which Jesus sent out.
Of course it would also be very weird for Jesus to send disciples to go and harvest and not send his own 12 whom he has discipled closely.
Judas was also part of the delegation sent into the mission fields. Now lets go to Luke 10 verse 17, its testimonies time. The 72 are back and they are giving feedback to the master.
17 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.”
18 He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
Now watch this very close. The 72 come back with deliverance testimonies. All of them. They say, Lord, demons were submitting to us in your name. Judas was also rejoicing. Wow, he just spoke the name of Jesus, and demons started to roll on the floor. Then Jesus says, guys I have given you power to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of satan, no demon poses any threat to you.., now listen to the next shocking statement. He says, don’t be happy that demons are submitting to you, but rejoice because your names are written in heaven.
In other words Jesus was telling them, it is very easy for demons to submit to you, YET your name is not written in heaven.
Let me put it in simple English. You can have a GENUINE deliverance ministry and go to hell!! Yep!! You can cast out demons every hour of your life but hell is still waiting for you.
Let me show you something. This is what Jesus Christ said about Judas. John 6:70 Then Jesus replied, "Have I not chosen you, the Twelve? Yet one of you is a devil!"
Watch this very very carefully. Jesus says, he chose ALL 12 of his disciples. He CHOSE THEM. Yet one IS A DEVIL. Jesus never said one of you has a devil, or one of you is possessed, no he said ONE OF YOU IS A DEVIL, Judas Iscariot WAS a devil.
My mind still cannot fully grasp how God allows devils to incarnate human bodies and live like human beings. We see the same thing happening in Genesis 6, the emergence of the Nephilims, half human half demon. The flesh looks fully human, but the spirit is a full demon. I know years ago the Lord did tell me about fallen angels who are in the form of human and are leading in the “prophetic” movement..and this just rattles my mind. Imagine this cute intelligent guy, He lives in a nice surburb, drives the latest sports car, sends his children to an expensive private school, he has multiple businesses, but he is a devil..eish. Imagine a child of God married to such a “person”. Did you ever think that Judas Iscariot had a wife.. shame poor woman.,,anyway that was just by the way.
Lets read more about what the Bible calls Judas. John 12:17, Jesus is praying, this is what he says.. “While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled.”
None has been lost except the ONE DOOMED TO DESTRUCTION!!! The King James Bible calls Judas the “son of perdition”. Judas was born like any other child. His mother maybe had a nice baby shower.., and people brought blue stuff..heheh.. balloons, blue cards.., there was a nice banner that said.. “it’s a boy”. Oh little Judy Judy. So cute with rosy cheeks. Yes babies are so cute. Even Goliath im sure he was such a cute baby. A baby with six fingers.., Im sure he started to eat T-bone steak when he was 2 months old.😃😃 But that boy was the son of perdition, doomed to destruction. A devil!!
But this devil had a deliverance ministry. He went casting out demons, and he thought finally he could see heaven because miracles were happening in his church. Jesus says, not so fast. The point is not casting out devils, the point is, is your name written in heaven above!! Casting out devils and treading over scorpions is not the point. You can be above all the powers of the enemy but still go to hell.
I have said this before, when Jesus was teaching the end time church about the coming deception, he never said, you shall know them by the mighty works and miracles they do, he said, you shall know them by their fruits not their gifts.
So how many people are like Judas today? Having deliverance miracle ministries yet God doesn’t know them (Their names are not written in heaven). Lets see., lets turn to Matthew 7:22-23
22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
You know what, I thought maybe there would be few people like Judas. I thought the people like Judas will be in the minority, but Jesus says something else. MANY will say to me. Mark that word. Many!! 2 is not many..10 Is not many. Jesus says Many.. means many. Many who prophesied accurately in the name of Jesus, casted out demons, mighty deliverances in their churches and did mighty works. He says.. “I never knew you”. Your name was never written here., maybe their names appeared in the Guiness book of records or in forbes list of “most influential pastors”, but what’s the use of all that if your name is not written in heaven.
This is just another call for a deeper introspection. Its time to seek for intimacy with the Holy Spirit, check our motives, repent of our hidden secret sins.., and not just rejoice that even demons are subject to us. This is the time to make our election and calling sure.., make sure that indeed.. our names are written in heaven. Time is gone to believe anyone that casts out demons comes from God...After all, the son of perdition also had a deliverance ministry.
