(Hebrews 1:3) Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
Note the words " He upholds all things by the word of His power".
Friends, we can stop these rains by the power and authority of His word.
The scripture expressly says He upholds all things, including the rains by the word of His power. We have His word, which upholds the rains, so by the same word, we can stop the rains.
(James 5:17) Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
We have what it takes to stop these devastating floods.

Our weapons of warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
Beginning this coming Sunday, I will be starting the series titled changing your water into wine.
There are contrary circumstances in your life that must change and changing completely they will.
Nothing can stop God who from the beginning changed the world which was without form was void and darkness was upon it, into a perfect world as we know it. Genesis 1:3-4
It is possible to completely change your life from poverty . To completely be healed from any disease.To completely receive and conceive a child.
To completely get funds for your business,to completely receive promotion in your place of work,to completely cancel the handwriting of death against you.
All things are possible to him who believe.
