☑️Tuesday - Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Civic Education, First Aid Training and Cervical Cancer Screening.
☑️Wednesday - KRA Civic Education, First Aid Training and Cervical Cancer Screening.
☑️Thursday - Football Match, Cervical Cancer Screening and ENT Assessment.

INTERNATIONAL WEEK OF DEAF PEOPLE 18th - 24th September 2023

International week of deaf people planning committee held a meeting at KISE to discuss the activities of the week which include; Free cancer screening for Deaf women , assessment for the Deaf by the NCPWD, Walks, tree planting exercises, Kenya Revenue Authority training and Sports amoung other activities.

Director KISE; Dr. Norman Kiogora in partnership with National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), Muslim Deaf Association Of Kenya , Kenya National Association of the Deaf (KNAD), Deaf Haven, Deaf Empowerment Kenya and FEDWEN-Kenya welcomes the Deaf community to KISE to celebrate this week for the first time. This year's theme is ; 'A Kenya Where Deaf People Everywhere Can Sign Anywhere! '

Join us tomorrow evening for Muslim Deaf Association iftar fundraising Dinner. MDA-K was formed in 2016 and our objective is to support the deaf through various economic,social and religious programmes

We have partnered with AFROBO to establish the first deaf coding centre in Africa which will be based in our upcoming Muslim Girls Deaf Highschool that we are fundraising for

There is so much to be done to support the deaf community because being deaf isnt a choice,and its not hereditary. AlhamduliLlah let us be grateful for having our hearing sense. Think of yourself in a matatu trying to communicate while the other person can’t understand?
