Today I appeared before The Justice and Legal Affairs Committee (JLAC), chaired by Tharaka MP, Hon. George Murugara.
My academic qualifications include a Bachelors of Law from the University of Nairobi, Postgrad Diploma from Kenya School of Law, LL.M in Oil, Gas & Energy Law from Derby, UK, MSc in Project Mgmt from Liverpool, UK, Master of Arts in Peace & Devt from University of Jaume I, Spain.
The Committee are examining my extensive legal and governance experience, including my 6-year tenure as County Attorney for Turkana County, past background in legal consultancy as well as my previous role at UNDP, where i served between 2007β2015 as Programme Management Specialist, Programmes Advisor, and Chief Technical Advisor on development programming in Kenya.
