The work of God Restoring to a moribund church, in a manner out of ordinary, those standards of Christian life and experience which the New testament set forth as being entirely ordinary; and a right-minded concern for revival will express itself in a longing that the SPIRIT OF GOD may shed God's love abroad in our hearts with greater power. For it is with this to which deep exercise of soul about sin is often preliminary, that personal revival begins, and by this THAT REVIVAL IN THE CHURCH, ONCE BEGUN, IS SUSTAINED.

I WANT TO GO BACK😭😭😭

I Need to go back to those days when salvation Message was More important than Prophecy.

Take Me back to those days when S*x Out of Wedlock was seen as a taboo not now when S*x is an Appreciation gift.

Can i go back to those days when pregnancy Outside Marriage was a shame to Families not now that it is a way of life.
Is there Anybody who know the Road to those Days? When decent dressing was the identity of responsibility not now when there is no difference between a Lunatic, a Mechanic and a Sane Man.

Where are those days when the beauty of a Woman was Found to proper dressing first, not now when an Average woman want to appear naked.

Please Can we find those days, when Divorce was a derogatory Language among Christians, not today when broken Marriages are now Celebrated.

i wish i Can go back to those days when true love was built on Sacrifice and trust, not now when love is hanging on S*xual Capability and Money.

Where are those days when Men of God were afraid of God and live by the word not now when they teach a different thing and live a different lifestyle .

Please wake up from the sleep when we arrive at that world where RAPTURE and RESURRECTION were the major of the church not now that materialism is the centre focus

Have we really forgotten when if a member of the church fall into temptation , the church will cry and pray for his restoration, not today when a member will commit a sin and the church will give them a front sit because they have money

Where are those days when men will pray untill they get hold of the results not now that all they want Is only prophecies

Am looking for those days when so many girls were rejected and beaten up by their parents some lost a lot like education and friends because they refuse to compromise
OH LORD PURGE AND TAKE US BACK TO THOSE DAYS 🔥🔥

HERE ARE THE MANY REASONS WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE THE CHURCH THEY ATTEND:

1. The crowd the church pulls (everybody goes there)
2. Ambiance and comfortability of the church facility (it's comfy there)
3. The caliber of weekly attendees (for connection)
4. The charisma and personality of the pastor (I just like the pastor)
5. Family background (It's our family church)
6. The quality of their music (that church can sing)
7. Proximity (it's the one closest to my house)
8. Feel-good-only motivational preaching (I don't want any preaching that will 'stress' me)
9. The kind of programs they organize (talent hunts, singles valentine's picnic, suya and soya night, comedy and lots of fun, etc)

BUT HERE ARE THE GOD-ORDAINED REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE A CHURCH YOUR HOME CHURCH:

1. Where I am challenged and trained to pray
2. Where I am taught and inspired to uphold the Word of God above everything else and live by it
3. Where I am guided on how to explain the gospel in clarity and win others to Christ
4. Where I am loved and practically taught to walk in love and serve others selflessly
5. Where I am challenged and shown how to walk in righteousness and in power
6. Where I can be accountable for my own spiritual growth

Ask yourself today, why do you attend that church you attend? If it's any of the reasons in the first category, you are simply in a Christian club member, you don't have a church

God's gift of the HolySpirit is once for all. But acquiring spiritual senses is a continuous process. The more we learn, the more feelings we acquire. The less we learn, the less the less feelings we have. What use is there in trying to save ourselves or preserve ourselves? Those who will save their own life will lose it. If we try to save ourselves from pain in a certain matter, we will lose the chance of gaining what the Lord wants us to gain in that same matter.

In dealing with us and in breaking us for the release and exercise of the spirit, God works according to His law, not according to our prayer. What does that means? This means that release of the INNER MAN through a broken OUTER MAN is a law. It is not something that we SECURE by means of prayer.
A law cannot be altered by prayer. Our prayer cannot change the law. We have to learn to obey God's law. Do not think that prayer alone will work.
God deals with us according to the law. The INNER MAN can only be released through the OUTER MAN. THIS IS A LAW.

Knowing God is a matter of personal involvement, in mind, will, and feeling otherwise it would not indeed be a fully personal relationship. To get to know another PERSON, you have to commit yourself to their company and interests, and be ready to identify yourself with their concerns. Without this, your relationship with them can only be superficial and flavourless.

(Everything good, including the things our local church does-from feeding the poor, to rescuing babies at the pregnancy counselling center, to teaching kids in the Sunday school classes-should flow from the PRESENCE OF GOD. Our primary motivating factor should be, "We do it because of Him and because it is His Heart." But if we're not CAREFUL, WE CAN GET SO CAUGHT UP IN DOING THINGS FOR HIM THAT WE FORGET ABOUT HIM.)
