Every child deserves to know Jesus.

This August, we invite all children aged 5–12 years to join us for DVBS 2026 — three beautiful days filled with faith, fun, friendship and unforgettable moments.

- We’ll learn about Jesus.
- We’ll worship together.
- We’ll play and have fun.
- We’ll make new friends.

There is something powerful about gathering together in the presence of God. This Sunday, we invite you to join us at Jubilee Christian Church Utawala for a time of worship, the Word, prayer, fellowship, and an encounter with God.

WHEN WE PRAY | WHAT A GLORIOUS TIME IN GOD'S PRESENCE!

What an amazing time we had in the presence of God at our When We Pray meeting!

We were richly blessed by the ministry of Rev. Lee Wanja Rev. Lee Wanja, who powerfully taught on Spiritual Transactions. We were reminded that we cannot afford to leave our lives to chance. Prayer is the divine transaction that stirs the earth so that heaven responds.

Through prayer, we exchange the impossible for the possible, breaking into higher dimensions where God's will is established in our lives. Every prayer offered in faith shifts atmospheres, opens doors, and releases heaven's intervention.

Thank you, Rev. Lee Wanja for allowing God to use you so mightily. Our lives have been challenged, equipped, and transformed.

As long as there is a God in heaven, we shall pray!

When We Pray.

Daniel prayed and God shut the lions mouth.

‭Daniel 6:
[22] My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty.”

WHEN WE PRAY

Elijah prayed... and FIRE fell from heaven!. The sacrifice, the wood, the stones, and even the water in the trench were all consumed. The same God who answered Elijah by fire is still answering prayers today.

‭1 Kings 18:38 NIV‬
"Then the fire of the Lord fell and burned up the sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the soil, and also licked up the water in the trench."

What are you praying for today? God is able to burn up every obstacle and do the impossible.

LORD, OPEN MY EYES
Preacher: Pst. Linda Omutayi

> "And Elisha prayed, and said, 'Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.' Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw..."
> — 2 Kings 6:17 (NKJV)

Spiritual sight enables us to discern realities beyond what our natural eyes can see.

Like Elisha's servant, we often see the battle, the obstacles, and the impossibilities—but God sees His protection, His purpose, and His power at work. The situation didn't change; his perspective did.

When God opens our eyes:

* We discern the truth from deception.
* We recognize God's presence even in difficult seasons.
* We exchange fear for faith.
* We gain confidence, knowing that Heaven is fighting for us.

Don't allow what is naturally visible to determine what you believe. Trust the God who is working behind the scenes, even when you cannot yet see His hand.

May our daily prayer remain: "Lord, open my eyes that I may see."
