W.L.H.M July 1, SERMON
LIVING UNTO THE CALLING WE ARE CALLED INTO.
I Peter 2:9...We are the chosen of God called forth to live holy lives.
2Pet 1:10 - Wherefore the rather, brethren, GIVE DILIGENCE TO MAKE YOUR CALLING AND ELECTION SURE: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

Titus 2:14 - Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
He 10:39.... since we have a great cloud of witnesses( those whom by faith lived unto righteousness) let us lay aside every weight and sin that easily obstructs us and let us run with perseverance this race of salvation.
* 2Cor 7:1 - Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us CLEANSE OURSELVES from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, PERFECTING HOLINESS in the fear of God.
* Let your light and rightful living be evident to all that they may glorify God in you.(Gal 1:24)

* Rom 12:2 - And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

*Renounce the former things (lusts, malice, hatred and covetousness) of the former man and put on the new man which is after righteousness and True holiness (Eph 4:24)
Matt.12.33 - Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: FOR THE TREE IS KNOWN BY HIS FRUITS.
* "Let us live unto the faith which we profess and not wavering in deeds and words"
