Today, we celebrate the gift of self-governance, the courage of our forefathers, and the unity that continues to shape our nation. As we mark this special day, may we be reminded that true freedom comes with responsibility, integrity, and service to one another.

At CITAM Kiambu Road, we thank God for our beautiful nation and pray for peace, wisdom, and prosperity across Kenya. May we continue to build a country founded on faith, justice, love, and hope for generations to come.

Today is the last day of May, Mental Health Awareness Month, and we would like to encourage everyone with words of encouragement, straight from the Scriptures.

As we look forward to stepping into June, Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, our Counselling team emphasized the importance of seeking help when struggling, and plugging in because as a community, we care for each other.
