David danced before the Lord with all his might, not because everything in his life was perfect, but because God was worthy regardless of his circumstances (2 Samuel 6:14)

David had victories, failures, rejection, battles, and moments of deep pain. Yet when he came before God, his focus was not on the opinions of people around him. His heart was fixed on the One who had never stopped being God.

True worship says:

Even when I don't understand You, I will trust You.
Even when I don't have what I prayed for, I will praise You.
Even when I'm broken, I will bow before You.
Because You are still worthy.

May we learn to worship like David, not only when the victory comes, but while the battle is still being fought.
