This programme is an initiative under mens fellowship and seeks to offer mentorship according to the needs of the boy child. It seeks to offer bible mentorship and lifeskills inclusive of outdoor skills. Men are important in raising these boys for mentorship, as the only one that grows into Christ like mature man is a boy. Rangers does not exist in isolation as our main stakeholder is the senior P
astor, who endears the programme to parents and stakeholders for mentorship. Those who are interested in mentorship as facilitators will participate in planning meetings where training and induction is ongoing. Rangers commanders or mentors, seek willing parents of boys ages 4 and above to participate in the programme and during any reward giving ceremony , the main stakeholders will participate: senior pastor, mens fellowship lead and parents to children where children are being offered medals or recognition. Once the children start the programme, their group will be referred to as a patrol. This patrol meets all through the year saturdays 2.00-4.00 and only takes a break of a month to transit into the new year. The outpost incubates the patrol or patrols and is a boys mentorship programme that seeks a wholesome child for growth and continued mentorship.
