Lets be abit honest here.
Some Pastors labour to raise these altars almost single handedly. They pour their sweat and blood into it and every personal saving they could get because they love the Lord so dearly.

Sometimes there is no prospects of ever recovering what they invest, but they still do it heartily... Yeah not in this life but only in eternity are they guranteed of an eternal reward. I salute those kind of servants of the Lord. May God bless you abundantly.

Its not like how the big denominations do it. Its not like the way Catholics, ACK, PCEA, AIC etc build then employ their pastors.
When ur employed in such a manner, you dont have to know what Jesus is saying.. only what elders are saying. You have no flock to sacrifice for, like the one that was harrasing family bank employees the other day!!! She misreprented us and Christ so badly.

Lets salute the pastors who go out of their way to love the Lord enough to serve Him with everything they have and beyond.
