In IIChronicles 7:14
If my people who are called by name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
This is God who says that if my people whi are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray!
First thing we learn here is that God has His people and they are called by his name "God's people". But this this people who are called by God's name have forsaken his name by turning to wickedness but God is giving them a chance if they can " humble themselves " is the key words and turn away from wickedness and pray.
How do they turn from their wickedness?
Repent, forgive and seek God and will hear from heaven and heal their land.
God will forgive their sin and heal their land.
So the suffering of sinful people, corruption in the land, sheding of blood, bad economic, disobedient of people in the land, suffering from draught, death of animals and people from draught, lack of water, riots in the city and towns and rural areas, insecurity in the country. Road carnages etc lias with with " People who are called by God's name and they have refused or laid a deaf ears on God's Words that if they repent and turn away from their wicked ways God will heal the land from wickedness and people Will enjoy plenty within their borders. Good governance, no corruption. Obedient, cleverness of their children, no morarities, no darkness, Oooooh plenty in everything. Good roads, good airports, secure country.
Ooooooh my God it's us who are holding the country ramsons. I do repent of my wickedness and my sin forgive me as an individual, as a family, as a nation, as a Church , as a international.
And hear in heaven Oooooh God and heal this land of Kenya.
Let each one enjoy the plenty within the borders.
Mighty God hear my prayer and answer the way you heard the prayer of Nineveh and answered.
