AWANA Program:
I am John Njoroge Wangari, who after seeing how grown-ups took no notice of the most vulnerable, that I decided to attend an AWANA conference with other colleagues of different denominations, which took us a five days and when I came from there I had more skills than I had before I attended the conference because I totally knew nothing about leave alone teaching but even talking t
o the children. I didn't just come out of nowhere to join AWANA, but I was sacked from the only source of income I relied upon for my family's upkeep, but then who am I compete with my maker? He had to something to make me accept without hesitation to minister to the "Little Church" I have grown fond of this ministry in that Sunday just passes by as if it were a cloud, they too have grown to love me. I will never neglect this Little Church, it is the most desired of God:- Mark 10:14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. If I may juggle your mind a little; the children were the the first martyrs of the Gospel. Let's see "Mt 2:16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men". KJV
This is a program that takes care of the most neglected generation in the whole wide world! It is after a long wait upon the Lord that He gave me this special but despised ministries by most ministers of the gospel. It upon this calling that I embarked on teaching the children the Word God. i call on anyone who has a burden for the little ones come forth and join the greatest and fast growing ministry. l am fully given to this ministry. 1) Red
2) Green

4) Blue Teams
This is during Game Time, the boys are lined up the tallest on the left while the shortest is on the right. The girls also do the same, and the procedure goes on. After Game Time, they are grouped according to their age or class, for instance:
Class 1-3
Class 4-6 and
Class 7-8 and so on. This is called Council Time where they are taught the Word of God, memory verses, songs and so on. Also we have Team Time, whereby we story time, quizzes on what we have learnt thereafter we close with prayers ( closing ceremony) then we disperse and the lesson for the day is over. For more details on other aspects of the club such as "Opening Ceremony" can be found in the Instructor's Manual. I hope you'll qualify for the post and that you are interested in this less recognized ministry. Let us stretch out hands and reach for this "LITTLE CHURCH"
