Matthew 18 [KJV]
[ 1] At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
[ 2] And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
[ 3] And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
- in a society that values fame, honor, material persons over immaterial, there is alway going to be strive, one pulling another down for selfish reasons, the good news of the gospel is that we strive to enter the narrow gate.
Even on the church, the wars within and wars without are questions of who is greatest, who is better who knows what better - creating ungodly atmosphere. Jesus responds to the question by calling a little child and says "except you be converted.... You shall not enter". He says the struggles inside and outside is for people who are in the world systems. Not yet in the kingdom. Before greatness is sought, are you in among us? If we are in, then the those who dare be humble are the greatest!

1 Corinthians 4:2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
A steward is described as a slave who is left in charge when the master has traveled. He has nothing of his own but is expected to be humble, honest, trustworthy and faithful. In order to operate in the grace and giftings of the Holy Spirit, a steward can not be dishonest, unfaithful or the whole issue of service becomes a lie!

GIC mutomo welcomes you to a great crusade from 12/4/2022 to 16/4/2022 in mutomo town. We shall have spiritual clinics running from 18/4 - 23/4/2022 at GIC church mutomo. The sick shall be healed, the lame will walk, the blind will see, dump will speak, deaf hears will be unstopped. Matthew 20:1-16 we find a land owner who goes to the market place to hire laborers in the race against time because the rains are due.
At 6am, got some to the vineyard but at around 9am, he finds others, and again at noon, 3pm and lastly 5pm still finds some idle people standing.
Sad to say that there is too much to be done in the house of God yet people are idle and miserable because they didn't work when it is day. He promises to pay what is right. The workers from 6am are to receive a days wage which is a denarius.
However, at 6pm, he pays them the same because Gods way of rewarding is not like men.

We really can not ask God to give us what we deserve because what we deserve is death on a cross and all the rewards even for what we work for is a gift of grace:
The ability to serve, the call to serve, the opportunity to serve, being in the right mental state, successful service so nothing to brag about, nothing to argue about. Its simply our duty. Let's serve in humility. God bless you.

[vs: 26] But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.

[vs: 27] And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.

[vs: 28] Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

The Bible would be very few pages if all pages of scriptures regarding the unworthy, useless, sinful, fallen, dirty, Limby, weak people stories were chopped off. But God chooses those people to educate us that we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence may be of God and not of us.

The woman had nothing to lose yet she knew she had everything to gain by believing God. Even of she lost her dignity, even if she lost her humanly rights and become a dog, if believing God will get her what she wants, she didn't mind. She also knew the word of God has so much power, that even the crumbs of was enough to deliver her. By losing ourselves we find ourselves. God Bless you All.

Matthew 8 [KJV]
[vs: 8] The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

God is ready to bless those from outside the "church" circles. Those who act like God is restricted to work within the walls of "their" churches, it will be a shock because faith is the commerce of heaven. Just as money is so important here on earth, we can understand that it can only be used here! We can not use it to gain favour with God or manipulate Him to bless us. Only faith is useful to transact heavenly business. The centurion said ,"am not worthy that you dhould come under my roof, I understand how authority works......and I know you have authority over everything in my house -- just speak the word. Jesus says have never seen so much faith is all isreal
