Hass avocado farming is another simple but very paying investment. No hustle in management and marketing.You just have to make an initial investment of 22,500 per acre as the cost of seedlings and another small amount for the farm preparation. They require less management if timely planting (long rains or short rains) is observed.

The current market price of each fruit today is Ksh 10-30 and a single hass avacado tree can produce more than 1,000 fruits yearly when fully mature. An acre of land can hold a maximum of 150 seedling and each seedling we sell @ Ksh 100.
