MINISTRY SERVICE WITH CLOSELY RELATED FAMILY MEMBERS.....SIBLINGS
1. JESUS CHRIST
During Jesus' earthly public ministry before His resurrection, His half-brothers did not believe in Him or serve alongside Him as His disciples. In fact, Scripture notes that they were initially skeptical of His work. However, after His resurrection, His brothers came to faith and served alongside the apostles, taking on key leadership roles in the early Christian church.

Serving together in the early church (After the Resurrection):
"They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers. — Acts 1:14

2. MOSES THE MAN OF GOD
Moses served in ministry alongside both of his full siblings, Aaron and Miriam, who were born to his mother Jochebed and father Amram (Exodus 6:20, Numbers 26:59).

Aaron as Moses' Spokesman & High Priest:
"Is there not Aaron your brother the Levite? I know that he can speak well... You shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth, and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth and will teach you what you shall do." — Exodus 4:14–15
Miriam as a Prophetess & Worship Leader:

3. KING SAUL THE SON OF KISH
Scripture does not record King Saul serving in ministry or military leadership alongside siblings born to his parents (Kish and his mother). In fact, King Saul is consistently depicted leading alongside his sons and his cousin, rather than brothers or sisters.
Here is how the Bible outlines Saul's key leadership partners and family context:
Saul was the son of Kish (no brothers mentioned in leadership):
"There was a Benjamite, a man of standing, whose name was Kish son of Abiel... Kish had a son named Saul, as handsome a young man as could be found anywhere in Israel."

Served alongside his sons (Jonathan, Ishvi, and Malki-Shua):
"Saul’s sons were Jonathan, Ishvi and Malki-Shua. The name of his older daughter was Merab, and that of the younger was Michal." — 1 Samuel 14:49
Appointed his cousin Abner as army commander:
"The name of the commander of Saul’s army was Abner son of Ner, and Ner was Saul’s uncle." — 1 Samuel 14:50
While Saul was close to his uncle Ner and cousin Abner, there is no biblical record of Saul having full siblings who served with him.
4. KING DAVID THE SON OF JESSE
King David served alongside his family, but notably with his nephews (the sons of his sister Zeruiah) who served as his top military commanders, while his older brothers served under him in the army during his reign.
