ADVICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES :

1. Build a home earlier. Be it rural home or urban home. Building a house at 50 is not an achievement. Don't get used to government houses. This comfort is so dangerous. Let all your family have good time in your house.

2. Go home. Don't stick at work all the year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you drop dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority.

3. Don't chase promotions. Master your skills and be excellent at what you do. If they want to promote you, that's fine if they don't, stay positive to your personal.

4. Avoid office or work gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Don't join the bandwagon that backbites your bosses and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings that have only people as their agenda.

5. Don't ever compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you will fry your brain.

6. Ensure you have a side business. Your salary will not sustain your needs in the long run.

7. Save some money. Let it be deducted automatically from your payslip.

8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation not to buy luxury. Buy luxury from your profit.

9. Keep your life,marriage and family private. Let them stay away from your work. This is very important.

10. Be loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Hanging around your boss will alienate you from your colleagues and your boss may finally dump you when he leaves.

11. Retire early. The best way to plan for your exit was when you received the employment letter. The other best time is today. By 40 to 50 be out.

12. Join work welfare and be an active member always. It will help you a lot when any eventuality occurs.

13.Take leave days utilize them by developing yr future home or projects..usually what you do during yr leave days is a reflection of how you'll live after retirement..If it means you spend it all holding a remote control watching series on Zee world, expect nothing different after retirement.

14. Start a project whilst still serving or working. Let your project run whilst at work and if it doesn't do well, start another one till it's running viably. When your project is viably running then retire to manage your business. Most people or pensioners fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to run a project.

15. Pension money is not for starting a project or buy a stand or build a house but it's money for your upkeep or to maintain yourself in good health. Pension money is not for paying school fees or marrying a young wife but to look after yourself.

16. Always remember, when you retire never be a case study for living a miserable life after retirement but be a role model for colleagues to think of retiring too.

17. Don't retire just because you are finished or you are now a burden to the company and just wait for your day to die. Retire young or whilst energetic to enjoy waking up for a cup of coffee, enjoy the sun, receive money from your business, visit nice place that you missed and spend good time with family. Those who retire late, spend about 95% of their time at work than with their family and that's why they see it difficult to spend time with their family when they retire but end looking for another job till they die. If they don't get another job, they die early.

18. Retire at your house than at government accommodation so that when you retire you can easily fit into the society that raised you. It's not easy to adjust to live in a location after spending more years at company house or at government house.

19. Never let your employment benefits make you forget about your retirement. Employment benefits are just meant to make you relax, get finished whilst time is moving. Remember when you retire no one will call you boss if you don't have a viable business.

20. Don't hate to retire because one day you will retire either voluntarily or involuntarily.

4: Jesus Was Sinless, Muhammad Was Not, Sura Al-Jumu’ah, Ayah 2, Quran 19:19 Matthew 1:10)

5: Muhammad Recommended killing Enemies While Jesus Recommended Loving Them, Sura At-Tawbah, Ayah 5, Sura At-Tawbah, Ayah 4, Sura Fussilat, Ayah 34.

6: Mohammed just affirmed, but Jesus Christ confirmed his words with all kinds of miracles and resurrection of the death, John 5:30, John 11: 42 Qur’an, surah 4 (An-Nisa) ayat 157-158.

7: I converted because Mohammed is asking the Muslims to turn to Christians to get the truth (surah 10:94).

8: Converted because despite Mohammed’s claim to be the seal of the prophets he is dead and will never return but Jesus Christ whom I hated before died and resurrected and will come back to fight the Antichrist (even according to Islam).

9: Converted because despite Jesus Christ being surrounded by several women, he did not seek to have s*x with them, unlike Mohammed who even had s*x with Zaynab the wife of his son Zaid, surah (33:37).

10: To this day, the name Jesus delivers all kinds of captivity unlike the name of Mohammed, Isaiah 43:11, John 3:17.

11: Converted because Mohammed says all Muslims will go through hell (surah 19:71) while Jesus Christ gives eternal life to all those who come to him ( heaven) John 3:17.

12: I converted because Jesus never attacked someone to take something from him, while Mohammed claims war b***y surah (8:1).

13: I converted because the birth of Jesus Christ changed the whole world and not a community and many more reasons, Al-Anbiya 21:107.

14: My brother my sister, only Jesus Christ saves. He is the way, truth, and life.

15: Jesus was never a Muslim, he is the savior of the world and He loves you and wants to save you.

THIS WAS WHAT MADE ME COME IN CONCLUTION OF BELIEVING IN JESUS CHRIST: Muhammad said Allah hates those who don’t accept Islam. (Qur’an 3:32, 22:38, 30:45).
👉 Jesus said God loves everyone, and he came to lay down his life for the world. (John 3:16; 10:11; 16:27; 1 John 3:16; 4:7–8)

Muhammad said I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah (Muslim 1:33)
👉 Jesus said, He who lives by the sword will die by the sword. (Matthew 26:52) and, But I say to you: Do not resist an evildoer. But if anyone strikes you on the right cheek, turn the other also (Matthew 5:9)

Muhammad stoned women for adultery. (Muslim 4206)
👉 Jesus said, Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. (John 8:7 [for the sake of argument, I know the pericope adulterae is a textual variant, so here’s a good article in favor of its historicity)
Muhammad permitted stealing from unbelievers. (Bukhari 44:668, Ibn Ishaq 764, Qur’an 8:69, 33:27, 48:20).

Mohammed had taught that salvation was possible by following the Five Pillars of Islam. He said that salvation depended on one’s efforts. Jesus had taught that God created human beings for a relationship with Himself, and He adopted human beings into His abode as His beloved children.

While Jesus was teaching love, grace, forgiveness, and tolerance, Mohammed is said to have gotten permission from Allah to wage war to protect the religion and unite the people.

4: Mohammed was a mortal man who sinned like others, but Jesus is known to have never sinned in His life.
5: Jesus had never married whereas Mohammed had more than 20 wives.

DONT IGNORE!

My name is Hope I am 20years old. I come from a very poor family. We could hardly eat two times a day but everything was under God's control.

When I was little a girl, my mum used to call me a prophetess.I always laughed at her
whenever she called me by that name . But one day, something entered in me to ask her why she always called me a prophetess,

she said that when she was looking for a fruit of the womb,the pastor who prayed for me said that i would conceive and give birth to a girl and that girl shall deliver and heal people in the world.

In fact she will even have visions.
So when I heard this, cold entered into me. I ran away from her presence because it sounded so real.
Six years later, my dad started calling me all Sorts of names.

My dad would sometimes regret having me as a child. Each time he said all those things,i used to cry. One day when I was sitting in my bedroom room, i heard a voice saying to me, my child why are you delaying my peoples blessings?

I turned back to check who was speaking and I couldn't see anyone. It repeated three times till i fell on the floor. Crying and weeping, then the voice of the Lord said, call upon me and i will answer, whatever you ask me i will grant unto you.

After a couple of hours, i started speaking in tongues and my body was covered with the holy spirit. I started praying and giving out prophecies.. My mum came in and she was instantly healed from her fibroids. My dad got a call from his former company and was offered a job back.

Then i quickly grabbed my phone to prophecy to the person reading this, as you share this post to 7 different Facebook groups you shall not end up a failure. What stop others shall keep you moving. I see you buying a new land, conceiving a baby, universities giving you an admission. Oh my God, you have promised me, whatever i ask in your name shall be granted.

12 THINGS MOM ADVISED HER DAUGHTER SOON AFTER GETTING MARRIED ❤️❤️❤️

1. STOP SPENDING TIME WITH OPPOSITE S*X ALONE:
Once you are married you need to stop hanging out with opposite s*x. No matter how innocent this may look, it will hurt the one you are married and may even lead you into an illicit relationship that will hurt your marriage. As a rule, avoid opposite s*x once married, its a great way to honour your marriage vow and show respect to your spouse

2. STOP FLIRTING:
Don’t ever flirt with anybody once married, don’t play with anybody’s emotion, you may not come out of it without hurting somebody.

3. BREAK ALL CONTACTS WITH YOUR EX:

11. AVOID NIGHT CRAWLING: Evening is the family time. Get back to your home in the evening, returning home by midnight and 1:00 am does not show you are responsible; it will hurt your marriage.

In marriage, you are only permitted to sleep with your wife or husband , you are not permitted to sleep with anybody else. Once you begin to sleep with anybody other than your spouse, it begins to hurt your marriage even if your spouse is not aware of it.

A child went to a burial ground and threw his school bag at his mom's grave and emotionally said in tears ""if you have slept enough, wake up, come with me and give an answer to my teacher who says -your mother is very careless, she sends you to school without lunch box, she doesn't even dress you up properly and neither does she make you do homework.

Life without mother is painful.

paper before i came.
Boss; is he a minister?.
Man; He is above a minister.

A pastor transformed himself into a homeless person and went to the church where he was to be introduced as the new head pastor that morning. He walked around his soon-to-be church for 30 minutes while it was filling with people for service. Only 3 people said hello to him; most looked the other way. He asked people for change to buy food because he was hungry. No one gave him anything.
He went into the sanctuary to sit down in front of the church and was told by the ushers that he would need to get up and go sit in the back of the church. He said hello to people as they walked in, but was greeted with cold stares and dirty looks from people looking down on him and judging him.
He sat in the back of the church and listened to the church announcements for the week. He listened as new visitors were welcomed into the church that morning, but no one acknowledged that he was new. He watched people around him continue to look his way with stares that said you were not welcome here.
Then the elders of the church went to the podium to make the announcement. They said they were excited to introduce the new pastor of the church to the congregation. "We would like to introduce you to our new pastor." The congregation stood up and looked around, clapping with joy and anticipation. The homeless man sitting in the back stood up and started walking down the aisle.
That's when all the clapping stopped, and the church was silent. With all eyes on him, he walked up to the altar and reached for the microphone. He stood there for a moment and then recited, so elegantly, a verse from the Bible.
“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you as a stranger and invite you in, or did we need to clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
The King will reply, 'Truly, I tell you, whatever you did for the least of my brothers and sisters, you did for me.’”
After he recited this, he introduced himself as their new pastor and told the congregation what he had experienced that morning. Many began to cry and bow their heads in shame.
"Today I see a gathering of people here, but I do not see a church of Jesus. The world has enough people who look the other way. What the world needs is disciples of Jesus who can follow his teachings and live as he did. When will you decide to become disciples?”
He then dismissed the service until the following Sunday, as his sermon had been given.

One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.
Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down.
It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.
That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual.
On Monday she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling. 'Really?' she heard whispered. 'I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!' and, 'I didn't know others liked me so much,' were most of the comments.
No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with themselves and one another. That group of students moved on.
Several years later, one of the students was killed in
Vietnam and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student. She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before. He looked so handsome, so mature.
The church was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin.
As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pallbearer came up to her. 'Were you Mark's math teacher?' he asked. She nodded: 'yes.' Then he said: 'Mark talked about you a lot.'
After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon. Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.
'We want to show you something,' his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket 'They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it.'
Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notebook paper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times. The teacher knew without looking that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all the good things each of Mark's classmates had said about him.
'Thank you so much for doing that,' Mark's mother said. 'As you can see, Mark treasured it.'
All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around. Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, 'I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home.'
Chuck's wife said, 'Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album.'
'I have mine too,' Marilyn said. 'It's in my diary'
Then Vicki, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. 'I carry this with me at all times,' Vicki said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: 'I think we all saved our lists'
That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all his friends who would never see him again.
The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end one day. And we don't know when that one day will be.
So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and important. Tell them, before it is too late.
And One Way To Accomplish This Is to forward this message. If you do not send it, you will have, once again passed up the wonderful opportunity to do something nice and beautiful.
