PREACHING BUT BLEEDING
Every Sunday he stands strong.
Suit well pressed.Bible in the hand.
Microphone lifted high
He declares
"God is faithful"
"Victory is yours"
"Your season is changing"
But what many do not see....
Sometimes he is preaching while bleeding.
Bleeding from battles he cannot announce
Bleeding from financial pressure
Bleeding from family struggles
Bleeding from spiritual warfare fought at midnight while others are asleep.
Yet he still shows up,
He still fasts for the church,
He still answers late night calls,
He still visit the sick,
He still counsels the broken marriages,
He still believes for your miracle---Even when he needs one himself.
THE PASTOR IS HUMAN.
Anointed--yes
Called--yes
Strong --yes
BUT STILL HUMAN.
When Moses grew tired,Aaron and Hur lifted his hands
When Elijah felt alone,God sent encouragement
When Paul was in need,the church supported him
A church that is blessed, is the church that knows how to stand with it's shepherd.
SUPPORT YOUR PASTORS.
1) With prayer
2) With honour
3) With encouragement
4) With loyalty
5) With understanding
"Let us not only receive FROM the ALTAR,,
LET US ALSO STRENGTHEN THE ALTAR"
