How this is Happening
The leadership in Southend Church are equipping the disciples in our body to create Connection groups that are to:
1. discuss what they are learning as they Grow in following Jesus
3. share victories and struggles with one another
4. pray with one another
5. find ways to Serve in the name and reputation of Christ
1. Serving our community
2. Serving one another
3. Serving the ministry of the church
4. Serving in personal ministry
Leading and equipping the flock that is among us to establish this culture will allow us to become a church that multiplies disciples of Jesus Christ for Christ alone. Core-values:

1. Disciplemaking is the church’s mission, not just one bullet point of the many things a church does.

2. Micro Groups:
Disciples grow best and are empowered to disciple others in gender-specific groups of triads (3) or quads (4).


3. Transparent Relationships:
God’s Word shapes our hearts in an honest, open, and mutually accountable environment.

4. Biblically-Based Curriculum:
Discipleship Essentials covers the foundations for a life in Christ and is the empowerment tool we use to disciple others.

5. Indigenous:
Discipleship groups (Cells) should become self-governing, self-supporting, and self-propagating.

7. Multiplying:
Disciples are made to reproduce. We trust that through our Bible based posts you will be transformed.

We are a few days late… but deeply grateful. 🥴

Last Friday, the Lord met our women in a very special way during our Women’s Conference: “Strength and Dignity.”

Through His Word, He first searched them—gently but truthfully—showing them where their homes, hearts, and understanding need alignment. And then, He restored them—reminding them that true strength is found in trusting His design, and true dignity is found in walking in it.

Women were reminded that:
• God’s Word must be the light in their homes
• Submission is not weakness, but strength under God
• Parenting is not guesswork—it must be shaped by Scripture
• Biblical womanhood is not a burden, but a beautiful calling

To all the women who attended—thank you for sitting under the Word with humility and hunger. Your presence mattered.

To those who couldn’t make it—we missed you, but we trust the Lord will grant more opportunities to grow together.

Let us continue walking in what we received:
Not just inspired, but transformed.
Not just hearers, but doers.

“Strength and dignity are her clothing…” — and by God’s grace, may this be seen more and more in our lives and homes.
