70 YEARS OF GOD’S FAITHFULNESS ACK ST Luke's Makupa 🙏🏽

What a beautiful moment it was to celebrate the journey of ACK ST Luke's Makupa - a journey built on faith, prayer, service, sacrifice, and the unwavering grace of God.

We remember the men and women who came before us the pioneers who laid the foundation, the faithful servants who gave their time and strength, the mothers who prayed, the fathers who served, the young people who carried the faith forward, and every soul whose life has been touched by this church.

Our 70th Anniversary Thanksgiving Celebration was made even more special by the climax of the Mothers’ Union Talanta Week, celebrating a ministry rooted in service, fellowship, prayer, care for creation, and reaching out to those in need.

The journey to the church was just as meaningful. From Saba Saba to ACK ST Luke's Makupa, we walked together in a joyful procession—singing, praising, giving thanks, and celebrating the God who has carried us through every season.

This remarkable milestone stands as a powerful testimony to God’s faithfulness and the enduring mission of the Church, passed from one generation to another.

To God be all the glory for 70 years of His faithfulness! 🙏🏽🎉

📖 SCRIPTURE REFLECTION | 7TH AUGUST 2026

KEEP YOUR DREAM ON, ANYWAY

Genesis 37:20
“Come now, let’s kill him and throw him into one of these cisterns and say that a ferocious animal devoured him. Then we’ll see what comes of his dreams.”

Joseph’s brothers were not just angry with him—they wanted to destroy the dream God had placed in him. They thought that by getting rid of Joseph, they could bring an end to his dreams. But what they could not see was that God was already working behind the scenes.

Sometimes, the dream God has placed in you will attract opposition. You may encounter rejection, criticism, delays, disappointments, or people who do not believe in what God is doing through you. But opposition does not mean that God has abandoned you.

The enemy may try to steal, kill and destroy your dream, but God's purpose cannot be cancelled by human opposition.

Like Joseph, keep dreaming anyway. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep moving. What God has ordained for your life will come to pass in His appointed time.

🙏 Do not allow the challenges of today to make you give up on the purpose of tomorrow.

✨ What the Lord has planted in you, He will protect. Allow Him to lead your course.
