Message of Condolence
With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we, Migori South Ministers Choir, are saddened by the news of the passing of Elder Ronald Ochom, the beloved husband of our dear sister Imelda, with whom we serve and sing together. His passing, which occurred early this morning, has left us deeply saddened and heartbroken.
At this difficult moment, we stand with Sister Imelda, the children, and the entire Ochom family in prayer, love, and sympathy. We may not have the words to ease the pain of this great loss, but we are comforted by the assurance that, “The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.” — Psalm 34:18.
The Bible also reminds us, “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.” — Matthew 5:4. We therefore ask our fellow ministers, choir members, friends, and the entire church family to remember the Ochom family in your prayers during this difficult season.
Though we mourn today, we hold firmly to the blessed hope of the resurrection, for “the dead in Christ shall rise first” — 1 Thessalonians 4:16. We look forward to that glorious morning when we shall meet again, never to part.
May the Almighty God comfort Sister Imelda and the entire family, strengthen them in this hour of grief, and surround them with His unfailing love, grace, and peace.
Migori South Ministers Choir mourns with the Ochom family. Please keep the family in your prayers. 🙏🏽🕊️
