On 21/02/2026, we received a visit from our bishop,his Grace Phillip Philip Mugadizi at our parish. He gave us a word of encouragement and talked to one of the parishioner, papadhia Ruth.
We thank God for his visit. And pray that in future he shall make for us a way and have a permanent church structure

Mission Sunday will be observed on February 22. Designated by the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the United States, this day invites parishes to reflect on Christ’s call to “bear one another’s burdens” through prayer, service, and generosity.

This year’s Mission Sunday theme, “Service in Love”, features IMPACT East Africa –– a youth service-learning initiative led by Mission Center missionary, Dana Bates –– that shows how young people are living out the Gospel through leadership and community service.

Mission Sunday lessons are available for primary, middle, and high school students, along with the Coin Box Appeal, which encourages hands-on stewardship in support of global Orthodox missions. Be sure to prepare your parish ahead of time.
