Hunger for God keeps you focused on His Presence. When you long for God it is because He is your focus of your hunger.

We all desire to be where He is, and we want to follow where He’s going. But the difference is tarrying before is presence.

Happy father's Day!
Thank you for being a great FATHER! Know that you are a treasure to those that look up to you! As a father when you lead your family with reverence for the Lord, you provide a safe haven for your wife and children, nurturing them with love and security.
May the Lord give us wisdom and understanding in every endeavor to be a generational fathers.

Today as you wait on God to fulfill His promises in your life, family, business, career and ministry. Remember His divine power has been given to you for all things that pertain to life and godliness. For God will not withhold any good thing from you if you walk uprightly.

I pray for you that the Lord will give grace, favor and glory to make you manifest in Jesus name. Do you receive it!

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.” ~ Proverbs 3:5

Human being is created in a very unique and different way from other animals. There are ways that we are able to trust God. From the human perspective we see, perceive, conceptualize and believe or trust. From God’s perspective we hear, believe/trust, perceive, conceptualize and see.

Our trust is built on trivial when it comes to other men. Imagine a man/woman who is cheated or cheats a woman/man with what they have or are in order to marry or exploit them for their own interest. Once the later has been achieved then the man/woman is dumped with no future ties which hurts and breaks the trust.

Jesus himself said “It is from the heart that flow things which defile a man but not from the mouth.” The thing you do which are good or bad emanates from the heart not in the mind. You can try to trust anything or anybody from the mind but if the trust has to last when it comes from the heart. Solomon said “Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.”

God is calling you to trust him with all your heart but lean not on your own understanding. Your understanding has a limit because there are things that you cannot perceive or conceptualize unless you have God’s perspective.

Today understand you are walking on a thin line in your life and change from the human view and look at life and things from God’s view. God’s view is broader while human view is very narrow. When you lean on your understanding you are courting disaster or building a foundation that will never hold the test time. Therefore, trust and obey God with your heart for there is no other way to be happy. Do you receive it!

A Prayer for Today
Lord, help me to trust in you with all my heart and let me not lean in my own understanding at all times things in Jesus name. Amen!

When you give praises to God in heaven the glory comes down. Thanksgiving is the password to receiving more. Magnify the Lord with me.
