barani huduma youth group was founded by like minded youth from malindi constituency,kilifi county to curb the jigger menace which has subjected majority of people in malindi to poverty.the groups campaign activities include the registration of jigger victims,treatment,preventive and rehabilition services,we also teach the community on the benefits of living in a clean environment which in effect helps to eradicate jiggers,bedbugs and other similar parasites
